80: Chaos begins

"This is equal parts amusing and annoying" - said Cecilia as she poked her head out of an alleyway - "Is this really necessary though?"

"Yes, they've been following us for over an hour" - Cloud replied as he snorted in annoyance.

The reason for this?

It's because a group of girls recognized him and had been chasing them for most of the date they had been on.

"The wig is a little tight..." - Cecilia said as she looked at her new red "hair".

"I understand you, I also feel like I have a helmet on" - growled Houki who now had short blue hair - "Wasn't there a longer wig?"

"Sorry" - answered Cloud, who was wearing a black wig - "Mine is a bit longer, if you want I'll switch it with you."

"No, it's not necessary" - replied Houki while shaking her head - "Leaving that aside, I think we'd better get on with our date."

"D-Date?" - Cecilia repeated with a red face.

"Well, we're walking around the city together, having fun, and ironically it feels good for the three of us to be together" - Cloud replied while tilting his head - "Not to mention that I can feel the weird sexual tension between us."

Houki and Cecilia blushed at these last words, only to shoot an annoyed look at the blond boy.

"We'd better go and get some ice cream..." - Houki said as she let out a sigh.

"This is perfect, we finally made it through and nothing bad has happened" - said Chifuyu as she took a long sip of her coffee, though her expression changed when she heard the alarm sound - "Oh, come on... Report!"

"Orimura sensei, we've detected the activation of an [IS] in the city!" - Maya exclaimed as she looked at her colleague - "In a little while the Drone we sent will give us an image."

"Fumu..." - Chifuyu let out a sigh as she watched him watch the video of the area where the incident was happening, only to frown as she recognized the girl responsible - "Ok, this is interesting..."

"Meeting one of my targets barely arriving in the city, is something I didn't expect, however, this is perfect..." - Laura said as she looked at the group - "Cloud Strife, don't try to deny it, I can see you even in that ridiculous costume."

Cloud looked at the girl who was using a black [IS] that seemed to simulate the silhouette of a black hare - "[Schwarzer Regen], I didn't think I would meet Laura Bodewig, the leader of the black hares..."

"I'm not surprised that you have information about me, Cloud Strife" - Laura snorted as she entered a combat stance - "That's why I'm sure you understand what it is I wish for."

"I recommend you not to do anything stupid" - Cloud said with a cold tone as he disappeared and reappeared behind the silver-haired girl, who felt something cold touch her neck - "It's not allowed to use a [IS] in residential areas."

Laura was silent as she stared in surprise at the young blonde who had moved so fast that she hadn't even detected the movement - "Interesting..."

"Captain!" - exclaimed a group of girls as they arrived on the scene - "What are you doing to our leader!"

"Don't move!" - Laura exclaimed as she shot a glare at her subordinates, then took a long look at the blonde young man who had his sword still against her neck - "Withdraw your weapon!"

"Why should I?" - Cloud asked as he gave her a blank look.

"Because I can't deactivate my [IS] with your sword on my neck, the size difference will make my head fly off" - Laura answered simply and with a tone as cold as the frozen tundra.

Cloud quickly disappeared and returned to his original location, only to notice how the silver-haired girl kept her word and deactivated her [IS], showing a small stature, one red eye while the other was being covered by an eye patch, although the clearest detail was that this girl was wearing the basic tights of the [IS] pilots, in other words, clothes that matched her small and slender body.

"Dress" - Laura said as her subordinates threw her garments at her. She quickly pulled them on over the leotards she wore, revealing a uniform similar to the one Cecilia and Houki wore, only she appeared to be wearing baggy pants instead of the typical girl's skirt.

"Our first meeting was much more interesting than I thought" - Laura said while narrowing her eye - "It has made me realize that you are more dangerous than we had thought."

"So what are you going to do about the recall order?" - Cloud asked as he folded his arms - "Using an [IS] in a residential area against unarmed civilians is severely punished, especially for outside agents."

"We can say that we are defending ourselves" - Clarissa replied with a frown as she looked carefully at the handsome golden-haired man - "We will enter into a battle of your words against ours."

"I don't think you're taking into account the drone that has been flying over us since the squadron captain [Schwarzer Hase] started with her hostile act" - Cloud replied as he gave them a blank stare - "Even your little attempt to deflect blame, has been recorded..."

"Y-You!" - Clarissa exclaimed with a red face, though she quickly paled because this was bad.

"Say no more, Clarissa" - said Laura as she closed her eye - "We are currently in a bad situation, obviously because of my actions."

"N-No, you don't have to take the blame, leader" - Clarissa replied as she frowned - "We can negotiate this."

"Yes, we can negotiate it, although that will have to be done by me" - Laura replied as she shook her head - "Get back to the submarine before things escalate even further, I will continue with the mission alone"

Clarissa was silent before nodding - "Understood, we will follow your orders... we will ask for permission to stay close to the coast."

"Understood, go" - Laura ordered firmly, only to see how her subordinates ran towards the coast - "Good, now we can talk..."

"I have many questions, although I feel we'd better wait for the rest of the guests to arrive before continuing" - Cloud answered simply - "In the meantime... Would you like to join us for some ice cream?"

Laura raised an eyebrow because this kind of reaction was not what she expected from someone to whom she had shown hostility, although she had to admit that this was a somewhat refreshing situation - "You're a strange man, Cloud Strife."

"I've been told the same thing so many times I've lost count" - Cloud replied as he shrugged - "I guess I'm different because I'm not inferior to you, [IS] pilots."

"Hmm, it's possible" - Laura replied as she narrowed her eyes and looked closely at the disguised blond young man - "Even your looks are above average, so I guess your genes are perfect"

"I don't like where you're going, porcelain doll" - Cecilia said as she interrupted the conversation - "I'm not going to let you approach Cloud-san with those perverted intentions!"

"Perverted?" - Laura repeated while frowning - "I was just saying that he would make a good teammate, as well as a good future father for my children, there's nothing wrong with wanting to have strong offspring"

"H-How can you have offspring without doing "it" first!" - Cecilia exclaimed as she pointed at the girl from Germany.

"[It]? Oh..." - Laura thought more carefully - "You mean sex?"

"I think you're overreacting, girl from England" - Laura snorted as she crossed her arms - "Sex is a simple act of human reproduction, nothing more, there's nothing perverted about it, unless I'm ignoring something, and if so, I'd like you to explain it to me..."

Cecilia was silent as her cheeks began to turn a deep crimson color - "Y-You're insufferable!"

Laura simply cocked her head to the side as she couldn't understand what was going through this strange blonde girl's mind.

Cloud found this to be amusing, however, he decided it was time for them to end this stupidity, and this was just in time because just as they got serious, a black car parked outside the alley.

"I see the last guests have arrived" - Cloud said as he shook his head - "I didn't expect it to be you though, Chifuyu-san."

"I'm still surprised that you recognize me long before I show myself, Strife" - said Chifuyu as she walked next to Maya - "How do you do it?"

"My senses are much higher than a normal human's, that's why I can sense your scent long before you arrive" - Cloud replied as he pointed to his nose - "Your body has a rather particular scent that I won't go into details because it would be sexual harassment, or I'd show myself as a pervert."

"Instructor..." - Laura murmured as she knelt down in front of Chifuyu - "It's been a while since we last saw each other."

"Yes, though I didn't expect it to be under these circumstances" - Chifuyu replied as she narrowed her eyes - "We have a lot to talk about, Bodewig, and I hope that you'll be honest..."

"Hai!" - Laura exclaimed as she looked up, taking a close look at the woman she wanted to overcome, the same woman who had trained her in Germany.
