The Walkers sent another team to the suites in the military building in the neighboring city, where the contact with all the previous units had broken off. They were not as prepared as the others, but if it would take a thousand men to take the suspected creator down, then they would send a couple of thousand men.

What came back as feedback was that there was an explosion in the suite of the target, the victims not confirmed as of now. 

However, such a big ordeal inside the Air Force facilities gave General Lambert enough temporary handling to stop the attack at the bunker site, letting everyone finally take a breather.

When Jace heard the news, he went back to the hidden office and used Lance's programs to find the other creators that most likely had met in the area of the old factories. He checked other cars, called taxi companies, threw money at them to find out who their passengers were, and so on and so forth.
