It's not a horrible story but it's not good either, it's a typical story about a reincarnated person with desires, the MC is neither stupid nor intelligent, there are some disgusting things like him calling Hiruzen Jiji, the only changes the author made were to force things are like in Canon, it doesn't show the dark side of Konoha the MC doesn't seem to resent the bad treatment from the village the author also invented some excuses to make Hiruzen be a good person with his hands tied, that typical trash civilian advice and bad elder, despite seeing practically no explanation about it, the Uchiha massacre was even brought forward so as not to raise questions about why the MC didn't try to save at least the children or babies he also made Sasuke the Uchiha stereotype arrogant, for those who like Hiruzen, don't care about the MC's lack of development and I'm talking about the mental aspect, it won't be a bad story.
