the prideful lucifer just had someone insult something that was "his" after multiple warnings already. granted it's a bit forced, but with how it's structures so far, you can understand the reaction from the fallen angel himself.
Lucifer stood over him, his eyes glowing red, while the face....it started to get distorted, not quite what a human should look like, and Ron ended up wetting his pants from the fear that coursed through him, "Don't you EVER say that again, Weasley," his eyes stopped glowing red, "Hermione has a friend; me. edit: shes actually an adorable addition to the story. where most infants only get annoying in ff, this is well done and adds a nice wholesome element to a few interactions. though it does add a new element to the story

I love this ff, but quality only continues when an author loves their work and has fun writing it! take the break you need, just know that you've got a reader excited for more when you finally come back!
Even so, due to your comments and support on Patreon, I wanted to finish the second season before focusing on a new project. I know that those who enjoy the novel might feel disappointed or sad, but for a while now, I haven't been writing with excitement. There was a lot of action in this chapter. I feel like I'm going to have to practice that more since the whole tournament/invasion is coming up. This one was nice, but I feel I can do better. This also means that I have to get a list together of ninjutsu I want to use in battle. you missed the point of my comment. reread and try again. it was in response to the fact the author wrote "kindness"... not the fact roger was imprisoned or why, but thay he characterized what happened as a small kindness.
