I heard that ultorn was actually made by hydra and when stark downloaded all the data from the base he got ultron to(there was a half finished ultron body there to I think), as well stark and baner say they were not even close to making thier suit of armor or whatever. Not to sure anyway.

The way you describe the making of the suit is like tony snaped his fingers and he made it and tony dosent have the hardware to make something so advanced that fast he needs some time to make it.
