Interesting premise with a good writing quality. The pacing is also good, not too fast or slow. The world building is also detailed enough for easier visualization, but what I liked the most were the character interaction. I have only read about 7 chaptere, but kudos to the author for doing a great job. Overall, 10/10. Will come back for more chapters when it’s about 50 or so ^^
Huh. If I was lazy, then maybe an ample amount of authors must be considered “lazy” as well by your standards, since many of us uses all caps to depict shouting. Also, this must not be your genre, considering you don’t know the norm. :D
What are you talking about? In creative writing, using capital letters to write could imply many things; in this case, shouting. I could name numerous novels that use uppercase letters to depict a character raising the volume of their voice. Perhaps you should read more novels. Seems like the spectrum of yours is still quite narrow.
Elaborate on how you reached the conclusion that it’s “awkward”.
Interesting premise with a promising plot. I’m a simple person—when I see the word “genie” I click, since I’m sucker for anything djinn-related. The writing quality of the author is good, with only minimal errors that isn’t distracting. Moreover, the pacing is good as well. Though I was expecting deserts and stuff, I still got hooked despite the western fantasy theme the book took a turn to. Overall a great read. Will be waiting for more chapters.
I’ve read up to 5 chapters and I got to say Shi is an interesting character that hooks one’s attention. My only issue are the long paragraphs that needs breaking, as well as the excessive amount of commas. My suggestion for the author is to use semicolons to divide the sentences, or an em dash. But overall, an interesting read.
It’s alright~~ ( ´∀`)
A promising book with a great writing style, which is pretty rare for a webnovel. The characters are also engaging, and the plot isn’t clichéd. Pacing is also alright, but a minor setback on the slow updating stability. Though I have one tiny issue- the paragraph breaks. Since most tend to read on mobile, the paragraphs can look a little distracting, which could easily divert the attention to the length of the paragraph over the scene portrayed. But overall, I have great expectations for the story development. Cheers. Will be back for more when there are more chapters. Kudos to the author.

10 chapters in, and I'm already hooked. Writing quality: The writing quality of the author si topnotch, with cleverly constructed sentences that are easy to read and visualize. Very professional. Stability of updates: The author is consistent with her updates, so I believe that it deserves 5 stars. Story Development: I believe this book is to be savored slowly, rather than to be taken in a fast-paced manner. Which is not a bad thing, since it enables the reader to get to know and connect with the characters and the story more. Character Design: Let me just say one thing--I absolutely love how the characters are constructed; grim reaper Amon with a cow head mask, and Lilith with heterochromia and speaks in third person. I applaud MysticAmy for doing a great job here. The distinctive features of the characters made them stand out from those of other novels, which just means to say that the author definitely took her time and effort in creating these intricate details. Overall, 10/10 must read. PS. let me just say that the novel kinda reminded me of the K-Drama "Goblin," esp. when Amon was getting the dying soul of the mother. Except here, he's so flustered LMAO can't deny I laughed when he said "Damn me..." T-T And please keep the "Almond" nickname for Amon. That was so witty, haha!
