Not exactly, the main ability is to [Fool] paper substitution is also another ability he gained. He cen sense and enter the historical void, but he does not have any other powers inside that place, so its more of an outsider observing the historical void. Also for the spirit body thread, he can only see them, if and when they are used by others. he cannot interact with or use them. Other than that is the anti-divination and anti-illusion upto Sequence 8, which by my understanding is not tooo op right? Essentially, like the name suggests, he becomes the End of the Fool pathway, almost perfectly equipped to eliminate those of the Fool pathway.
Other than these abilities, the Fool's End also allowed Max to substitute himself with paper figurines, to either exchange places with it or use it as a distraction. These could also be used to avoid hexes and curses, though not very successfully most of the time. yeah, but as his sequence increases, so will the strength of his mythical form. In essense, at some point, it would do more than just cause slight discomfort.
