Write a chapter named looking for editor or proofreader, and then people will approach you. Give them one chapter to proofread and correct, take it back, and post it ask for feedback. Best you start with chapter 1 and have them re-work the story. After some time you’ll get patrons and now you can pay the person a small fee as thx for their work.
