I really wondered why the uchiha clan don't use their genjutsu to other uchiha to artificially make their sharingan awaken or evolve. They could've probably massed produced mangekyo sharingan lol

I'd suggest reading life of a villain in naruto world if you haven't read it yet. Although it declined in the later chapters, in my opinion it's one of of the best naruto fanfics I've read. Also it's not harem.
