With a fierce cry, I flexed my body, bursting the restraints apart like brittle chains. The machines around me erupted into a cacophony of alarms and sparks, as I sprang off the table, determined to take down my tormentors and uncover the sinister truth behind the lab's experiments.

But as I lunged at Captain Lewis, I felt a strange, creeping sensation spreading through my body, like a dark energy coursing through my veins. My vision blurred, and my strength began to falter.

"No...what have you done to me?" I stammered, my voice barely audible.

Captain Lewis's smile grew wider, his eyes gleaming with triumph. "You're becoming something new, Y/N. Something beyond human. And soon, you'll be unstoppable."

Suddenly, my body began to contort and twist, my limbs elongating and morphing into grotesque, inhuman shapes. My skin itched and burned, as if my very DNA was being rewritten before their eyes.

Dr. Kim's face was aghast, her eyes fixed on me in horror. "Captain, what have we done?" she whispered.

Captain Lewis's laughter was cold and mirthless. "We've unleashed a new era, Doctor. An era of super-soldiers, created from the very fabric of humanity."

"Why are they taking so long ? What are they doing to her?" he muttered to himself, his anxiety spiking with each passing minute.

He stopped pacing and rubbed his face, trying to calm down. But his worry only intensified as the minutes ticked by.

"Please come back to me, Y/N," he whispered, his voice filled with fear and uncertainty. "Please be okay."
