"Something is wrong with the Mariyah Clan's encampment," observed Ruka.
The trio plus a small black bird that resembled a plump crow just arrived in the area where the clans' tents were resting for the night before they proceeded to the other place.
Theta, who was caressing the black feathers of Nero, hummed. She did not look in the direction where Ruka was staring at. Theta Mariyah was concerned with Nero who still refused to look at her ever since Zarno and Ruka compelled it to change the colors of its proud silver feathers in order to keep a low profile.
