Time continues to move forwards as eight months have passed since Zenith was bought out of the slave market by Flynn. Eight months since they've gotten married. At the moment Flynn was outside doing farm work, a more accurate description is he's tending to one of the wheat fields. Recently he sold around 200 pounds of wheat to a merchant who is a frequent buyer of his crops. Even though he sells his crops, Flynn doesn't farm for money. Monetary riches hold no real value for him, who can create real pure gold. He farms because he loves it and wants to honor his mortal parents.

However while Flynn might not care, do not be fooled he's earned wealth comparable to even the richest of nobles as a simple farmer. Zenith nearly passed out from pure shock once Flynn showed her the treasury. Flynn does have a bank account l, but he keeps the majority of his earnings in his treasury at home.

Also he doesn't really spend his money often, he can create his own clothes or anything else for that matter. Plus he grows and cooks his own food, so he never really spends money on food unless he's buying something from a food stand. 

Zenith doesn't buy much either outside of necessities, ever since she tasted her husband's cooking. She's been so spoiled by his god-like cooking skills that she only prefers either his cooking or food from their farm. 

Speaking of Zenith, she was approaching her husband with a determined expression on her face. 

"My love." Zenith affectionately called out to him.

"Yes?" Flynn didn't stop to look at her.

"I'm ready." She stated in a firm tone.

Flynn knew exactly what she was indicating. "Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm 100% sure. I'm ready to save my mother and kill my father and brother." Zenith assured him, handling her family will be easy for her thanks to her husband's strict training.

He opened up an entire new world for her as a healer. She can use her ability to heal to kill a person by simply touching them. Not to mention her level has surpassed her father and brother's some time ago. She now felt it is time to save her mother and close this dreadful chapter of her life for good. 

She is no longer Zenith Latreia but Zenith Greyrat. 

"Alright then, would you like for me to come with you or do you feel the need to do this on your own?" Flynn asked, turning his head to look at his wife.

"I…I would prefer it if you join me." She replied.

Flynn nodded, he saw Zenith is wearing the outfit she wears in Mushoku Tensei. He looked down at himself to see he was in a light gray shirt, black overalls with black boots. "Should I change?" He asked.

Zenith shook her head. "Please don't, I want to see my mother's reaction when I tell her I married a farmer. It's quite possible she may pass out from shock." She giggled at the thought, while her mother didn't mind her picking her own husband, she always preferred Zenith to marry into another family of nobility. 

Technically she did exactly what her mother wanted, Flynn is a part of the main bloodline of the Greyrat family even if hardly any of them know of his existence. Then again considering her husband is a very successful farmer, who sells their produce to nobles and commoners alike of many different races. Plus the fact Flynn never hid his Greyrat name and is well liked in the village. She wouldn't be surprised if someone of the Greyrat family heard about Flynn by now. Part of her suspects her husband is aware of this but doesn't care at all about it. 

To be honest, why should he? No matter how powerful the Greyrat family is, they are no threat to Flynn. Also being that they are family, the Greyrat family has no reason to even antagonize him unless they are jealous of Flynn's success.

"If you say so." Flynn stood up straight, he created a clone to finish the farm work he was doing. Then used magic to clean his clothes and body. 

Seeing that he was ready, Zenith nodded and a golden magic circle, which showed the face of a lion, formed and glowed under their feet. This is one of the three teleportation techniques Flynn taught her over the past 8 months. The reason why Zenith's magic circle has the face of a lion is due to her magic undergoing a massive change over this period of time. 

She teleported them directly to the territory of the Latreia family.

The married couple appeared 5 minutes away from the main gate of the castle. 

"Why not teleport us directly into the castle? Wouldn't that have saved time?" Flynn questioned Zenith with a raised eyebrow.

"I want to show off so I decided to break in directly through the main gate and cause a bunch of damage…" Zenith had the decency to blush while not meeting her husband's beautiful amethyst eyes.

Flynn chuckled at her embarrassed expression. "How cute, no need to be all embarrassed. If you want to raise hell then I'm all for it." 

Zenith appreciated his support. "Flynn, the guards are not good people. Honestly, the same could be said for most of the servants as well. I didn't know this when I was younger but the guards my father hired to protect us years ago don't have a good history. Most of them, if not all, are rapists and cheaters. When I was a child they would stare and make lewd comments about me and my deceased sisters. While they knew to never attempt anything with us, the same couldn't be said for some servants, commoners and even a couple nobles. They are scum, human trash that don't feel remorse for their actions."

"So you want to kill them as well?" While they certainly are scum, these guards don't come close to some of the worst humans he's come across in his many lifetimes. Flynn is not a righteous person by any means, he's killed millions for much less.

He may not be a rapist, but Flynn is not a good person in the slightest. Zenith knows this and still ends up falling madly in love with him. She will stand by her husband's side even in death. 

Not that Flynn has any intention of letting his wife die. If such a thing were to ever happen, he can revive her in a second.

Zenith nodded with a determined expression. "I want those bastards to never see the light of day again. In fact I plan on destroying this entire castle."

"That's fine, but are you sure you don't want to leave this castle for our future children one day?" Flynn asked.

This made the blonde woman pause, she did not consider that if she destroys the castle her children may not get the chance to learn about part of their heritage. Most of the history of the Latreia family will be lost.

"So be it, I do not want my children to step foot in that castle. A lot of horrible acts took place when my father and paternal grandfather were the head of the family. Can you please use your powers to take everything of importance from the castle? We can rebuild another castle here to replace the old one." Zenith decided.

Flynn leaned down to kiss her cheek. "Do you even have to ask?" He smirked.

Zenith rolled her eyes playfully, a small grin on her face. "I guess not." 

As they got closer to the main gate, it wasn't much longer until a group of 8 guards noticed their sudden arrival and immediately approached them.
