"You see, I can activate this card when my monster is battling against yours, and here is the crazy part. Both of us have to play rock-paper-scissors! The loser will have to banish the monster that is battling face down!" Jaden explained, revealing his unexpected strategy.

"But your monster is unaffected by trap cards!" Dark Magician Girl pointed out, revealing the flaw in Jaden's plan.

"Yes, but it will stop the battle and have us play Rock Paper Scissors!" Jaden replied confidently as he and Dark Magician Girl prepared to engage in a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors.

'What a strange card,' echoed the thoughts of everyone watching the duel in unison.

'Of course, Jaden would pull up something like this,' I thought to myself. 'Did that Pegasus guy hand him some cards?' I mused, my mind wandering.

As Jaden and Dark Magician Girl readied themselves, they yelled, "Rock, Paper, Scissors!" Jaden's hand revealed a rock, while Dark Magician Girl held up scissors, blinking in disbelief. Immediately after, Dark Magician Girl card was banished from her side of the field, and her life points dropped to 2500 as Wildheart continued its attack animation, landing a hit on her. (Wildheart 2500 attack points returns to 1500.)

The crowd erupted into cheers and boos as the exciting duel continued. The booing was obviously directed at Jaden for constantly removing Dark Magician Girl from the field.

"That was close, and I'm ending it with one face down before passing it to you! How was that!" Jaden ended his turn by placing one face down card on his spell and trap zone.

"Amazing!" Dark Magician Girl happily chirped. As she gazed at Jaden, a thought crossed her mind, 'So, this is the hero of this world, huh?' She smiled, appreciating the challenges he brought to the duel.

Dark Magician Girl, with no cards left in her hand, drew her card as it was her turn and smiled. "I activate the card of sanctity! Both of us draw cards until we have 6 in our hands." The game continued with both duelists replenishing their hands.

As both players drew 6 cards on their hand. Dark Magician Girl continued her moves.

"I activate monster reborn~ and I'm going to bring back your fusion monster Phoenix Enforcer~" Dark Magician Girl giving out a tongue as she pulled the monster to her side of the field.

"Ahhh, crap," Jaden muttered, beads of sweat forming on his brow. 'Wait, no, it's fine. I'll make her get rid of it.' He quickly regained his composure and revealed his face-down card.

"I reveal my face-down card! Ring of Destruction! This card will destroy Phoenix Enforcer and make both of us take 2500 damage!" Jaden declared.

Dark Magician Girl's eyes widened at Jaden's play. Swiftly, she activated Phoenix Enforcer's effect to destroy itself, preventing the Ring of Destruction from affecting it and successfully countering the trap card.

"I will activate Phoenix's ability to destroy itself and then target your Wildheart monster card, destroying it along with it!" Dark Magician Girl quickly countered. She heaved a sigh of relief.

The spectators were in awe watching how close the game could have ended multiple times. More importantly, Phoenix Enforcer, would return to Jaden's field on the next turn due to its effect.

"Hmmm~" Dark Magician Girl scrutinized her cards closely, weighing her options.

"I will summon Apple Magician Girl, and then I'll tribute her immediately to special summon Silent Magician!" Dark Magician Girl announced with style, bringing her close companion into the duel.

The crowd couldn't contain their amazement. "Woah! She's using two of the King of Games cards!" The spectators murmured, seeing a 'student' using the Dark Magician Girl and Silent Magician cards.

'I thought the King of Games would be the only one holding those cards,' Zane sighed, a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. 'This is going to be one hell of a duel,' He thought, fully appreciating this show.

Silent Magician Girl, a spellcaster monster with the ability to negate one spell per turn, and currently has 2500 attack points.

"Oh boy," Jaden quickly covered himself, bracing for the attack.

"Silent Magician~ Attack Jaden with Silent Burning!" Dark Magician Girl cheered as Silent Magician Girl prepared to launch her attack.

Unexpectedly, Silent Magician, standing tall on the field, turned her gaze back to her summoner, Dark Magician Girl. Her sharp eyes caught the gleam of the ring on Dark Magician Girl's finger, and she couldn't help but click her tongue in response. Instead of launching a magic attack, Silent Magician walked towards Jaden and playfully bonked him on the head with her staff.

Silent Magician's "Silent Burning" attack dropped his life points from 3100 to 600.

"Ohhh right~" Dark Magician Girl scratched the back of her head, realizing she had some explaining to do.

"Ah! I place two cards face down and end my turn!" Dark Magician Girl quickly concluded her turn. Silent Magician's attack points dropped to 1500.

As Destiny Hero - Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer reappeared, this time on Jaden's field, Dark Magician Girl and Silent Magician stared at his monster. They both shared a look of understanding, 'Annoying.'

"Welcome back, Phoenix Enforcer. Glad to have you by my side again," Jaden smiled, seeing an opportunity to turn the tide in his favor. He drew his card and began his turn.

"I draw," Jaden declared as he drew his card, taking a moment to examine it before making his move.

"Thanks to Destiny Hero - Dasher in my graveyard, during my draw phase, I can special summon a monster I just drew, and I special summon Elemental Hero Avian in defense mode!" Jaden summons Elemental Hero Avian, taking advantage of the synergy between his cards.

"Next, I activate the letter O - Oversoul spell card!" Jaden declared as he planned to perform a fusion summon.

"Nice move, but I'm stopping you here! I will activate Silent Magician's special ability and negate the spell card you just played!" Dark Magician Girl smiled, thwarting Jaden's initial plan.

"Geh, then I will use polymerization by fusing my Elemental Hero Clayman and Sparkman from my hand to summon Elemental Hero Thunder Giant!" Jaden adapted to the situation. As a fat giant mechanical man appeared on the field.

"Then I will use its effect, by discarding a card I can target your monster with equal or fewer attack points than my fusion monster and destroy it!" As Jaden discarded his card the Thunder Giant began to take action to destroy Silent Magician.

With 2400 attack points, Elemental Hero Thunder Giant's ability will work against Silent Magician since she has 1500 attack points.

"What a surprise," Dark Magician Girl whispered, her attention fixed on her Duel Disk, which was now emitting a faint, small golden glow.

"I activate a monster effect in my graveyard! When my spellcaster is targeted for an effect, I can special summon Palladium Oracle Mana!" She retrieved the card from her graveyard and placed it on her Duel Disk. The Egyptian Magician reappeared on the field in defense mode (1700 def).

"Silent Magician still gets destroyed!" Jaden announced. As Silent Magician gets electrified.

Dark Magician Girl closed her eyes briefly and then reopened them, clearly satisfied with the current situation. A change occurred on the field as the sky darkened for a moment before suddenly illuminating, setting the stage for a more dramatic appearance.

In the very spot where Silent Magician once stood, a shimmering silver light emerged, giving birth to an even mightier form. Silent Magician Level 8 manifested on Dark Magician Girl's field.

"Hey, what gives!?" Jaden was very shocked that his monster's effect had no effect.

"When my Silent Magician is destroyed through battle or card effects by my opponent, I can special summon another Silent Magician with a different name from my deck. And this right here is my Silent Magician Level 8!" Dark Magician Girl announced with a nostalgic smile.

On Dark Magician Girl's field, her lineup consisted of Palladium Oracle Mana with 1700 Defense Points and the Silent Magician Level 8, with 3200 Attack Points (3500 - 200 due to Phoenix's effect).

"Wow~" Whistles and cheers erupted from the spectators as they marveled at the appearance of Silent Magician Level 8.

Just like how Jaden's has a special monster reappearing, so does Dark Magician Girl.

"Wow," Alexis watched in amazement at the back-and-forth duel between Jaden and Dark Magician Girl, all while comfortably sitting on my shoulder watching the duel better.

"What? Never seen a duel like this? This is what happens when there is no real negate." I casually explained.

"Isn't this already in the realm of pros, or even beyond that?" Alexis curiously asked.

"Fuck no." I immediately retorted.

"This is just some bullshit top decking" I muttered, seeing how Jaden seemed to be accumulating an amount of 'plot armor' as the duel progressed. This time, it wasn't being consumed; instead, it was slowly building up.

'I only have 600 life points and then there are those face down cards she has too. That Egyptian magicians will just bring back Dark Magician Girl, and that Silent Magician is also too strong and probably has an effect that protects itself.' Jaden thought as he thought out a plan. He has one card left in his hand.

Jaden was making some guesses to the best of his ability. Although the information he assumed was wrong, it was on the right track as it will work.

He decided, 'I was hoping to save this for later, but it will do.'

With determination in his voice, he announced, "I activate my spell card, Heavy Storm, destroying all spells and traps!" Jaden inserted the last card into his Duel Disk, watching as it took effect, clearing the field of all spells and traps. This also destroyed his field spell skyscraper.

Immediately a gush of wind tornado hit the field on Dark Magician Girl's side revealing the two trap cards to be mirror force and magical cylinder.

"Wow." Jaden's jaw dropped after seeing what was revealed.

Dark Magician Girl couldn't help but sticking out her tongue in response to having her face-down cards exposed.

Now Jaden's plan on getting rid of the Palladium Oracle Mana and the Silent Magician Level 8 might work.

"Now go Thunder Giant attack Palladium Oracle Mana!" Jaden punched into the air. The monster obeyed and shot a lightning strike destroying the Egyptian Magician.

Dark Magician Girl, however, quickly pointed out, "That will just bring back Dark Magician Girl."

A mirror image of Dark Magician Girl appeared again in defense mode for who knows how many times.

Jaden, keeping his strategy flowing, replied, "Yeah, I know. Now I will use Phoenix Enforcer's ability to destroy my own Elemental Hero Avian to destroy your Silent Magician Level 8." He followed his gut feeling, believing it was the right course of action.

"Oh." Dark Magician Girl immediately realized what Jaden was thinking and risking. He was intuitively right about the choice he made too. Palladium Oracle Mana's second effect protects Spellcasters of Level 7 and above from card effects if she is on the field.  She never mentioned it before because there hadn't been an effect affecting a magician with a level above 7.

As the flames of Destiny Hero - Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer surrounded Silent Magician Level 8 and Elemental Hero Avian, they were both removed from the field.

"Now Phoenix Enforcer! Attack Dark Magician Girl!" Jaden excitedly yelled. As his fusion monster obeyed Jaden's command, he flew swiftly towards Dark Magician Girl and unleashed a powerful attack that sliced through the dark magician girl on the field. Dark Magician Girl's hologram monster shattered into pixels.

"I'll pass the turn to you now," Jaden said with a smile, rubbing his nose.

Dark Magician Girl gazed at her side of the field. No monsters remained, with only one card in her hand. There were no traps or spells to rely on, and all her monsters were in the graveyard.

She sighed, a wistful smile on her face. "This is turning out to be one of the greatest duels I've ever had."

Dark Magician Girl drew her card, and her smile widened. "I activate the pot of greed to let me draw two new cards!" Her eyes gleamed with excitement.

Jaden, feeling the pressure of the situation, let out a groan of disbelief, muttering, "Oh my god." Under his breath.

"Then," she continued, "I'll be setting one card face down." She placed the face-down card in her Spell & Trap Zone.

"Now watch this~ I'm going to activate a Quick-Play Spell card," Dark Magician Girl announced.

She continued, "I am going to apply Forbidden Chalice on your Destiny Hero monster, giving it an additional 400 attack points!" Dark Magician Girl watched attentively for Jaden's reaction, curious about how he would respond to this card.

The unexpected move left many people in the crowd extremely surprised. Jaden, with his sharp dueling instincts, had a moment to react to this situation. No matter what Jaden did it wouldn't matter to Dark Magician Girl, but she was interested in how he would react.

"I activate Phoenix's effect!" Jaden declared with determination. "Before your spell effect takes place, I will use Phoenix Enforcer's effect to destroy itself and that face-down card of yours!" Jaden quickly chained his move, taking the crowd by surprise.

"Thanks, I was hoping you would do that~" Dark Magician Girl smiled and giggled at Jaden's move.

Jaden's eyes widened as he realized he had fallen right into her trap

As the face-down card revealed itself to be Waking the Dragon, the crowd gasped in anticipation.

"When this card is destroyed by my opponent, I can special summon any one monster from my deck or extra deck!!! And I will be choosing my Dark Magician!" Dark Magician Girl exclaimed triumphantly.

A swirling vortex of arcane symbols and starlight formed, and from the midst of this enigmatic portal emerged the iconic figure of Dark Magician, clad in his distinctive purple robes and equipped with his signature green staff.

He was a spellcaster with an impressive 2500 attack points, in attack mode.

"No fucking way, Dark Magician too!?" The crowd of spectators erupted in wild excitement, their cheers and astonishment echoing throughout the arena.

"Now with my last card, I activate the spell card! 'Bonds Between Teacher and Student!'" Dark Magician Girl exclaimed with excitement.

Dark Magician Girl explained, "When Dark Magician is out on the field, I can special summon Dark Magician Girl from my hand, deck, or graveyard. Now, return Dark Magician Girl!" With her cheerful call, Dark Magician Girl reappeared on the field in attack mode, reuniting with her mentor and teacher.

"But wait, there's more to it~" Dark Magician Girl chimed in with a sly grin. "After bringing her back, I get to set one of four spell cards from my deck. And I pick the Dark Magic Twin Burst. Just so I can activate it this turn because it's a normal spell card!"

"When this spell is activated," She continued explaining, "I can target a Dark Magician I control, and it will gain attacks equal to the combined attack of all Dark Magician Girls on the field and the graveyards until the end of this turn."

"One of my Dark Magician Girls is in the graveyard, the other one here is on the field, and that means..." With a dramatic pause, she revealed the staggering total, "6500 attack points." She teased.

Jaden's eyes widened in fear 6500 attack points.

With the extraordinary boost in attack points, Dark Magician prepared to deliver the final blow. "Now, Dark Magician attack—" Dark Magician Girl cheered.

The crowd watched in anticipation as the powerful spellcaster made his move, launching an attack that was sure to bring an end to this duel.

But like I said, Jaden had upgraded his deck.

Jaden, who was not willing to lose, swiftly made his move. "Not so fast! Before you attack I activate Electromagnetic Turtle from my graveyard, ending your Battle Phase!" He revealed the card he had discarded earlier to activate Thundergiant's ability. Stopping Dark Magician on its track and with no other actions left to take, Dark Magician Girl ended her turn.

Dark Magician Girl couldn't help but giggle at the excitement and intensity of the duel. It was a close match, and she was clearly enjoying every moment of it.

Jaden let out a deep sigh of relief, fully aware of the amazing changes his new cards had brought to his deck. However, he couldn't deny that every turn had been a very close call. The outcome would've been a whole different story if he hadn't bothered to swap out cards or perform upgrades.

Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer reappeared on Jaden's side of the field. Having faced Palladium Oracle Mana multiple times, he had learned not to use its effect on spellcasters.

"I draw!" Jaden said as he drew the card from his deck and glanced at it.

Jaden drew his card and, with a gleam of hope in his eyes, announced, "I activate the Card of Demise! This lets me draw 5 new cards. But I'll have to discard my entire hand after the 5th turn after using this card!"

Dark Magician Girl couldn't help but let out a surprised, worried "Ah." With Jaden replenishing his hand, he's going to set up a lineup of monsters on the field.

"Alright! I'm going to show you something amazing!" Jaden happily said after seeing his cards.

Jaden wasted no time in making his move. "I'm going to use Polymerization and fuse both my Burstinatrix and Avian to summon Elemental Hero Flame Wingman!"

Everyone watched as the fusion process took place, giving birth to Elemental Hero Flame Wingman. A green and red skin warrior emerged with 2100 attack points in attack mode.

"Then I'm going to summon Elemental Hero Sparkman!" He proceeded to use his normal summon, adding another monster to his lineup. A machine like warrior with 1600 attack points in attack mode.

With confidence in his voice, Jaden commanded, "Now! Phoenix Enforcer attack her Dark Magician!"

Thanks to Phoenix Enforcer's special ability, all monsters on Dark Magician Girl's field loses 200 attack points, putting Dark Magician at 2300 attack points and Dark Magician Girl at 1800 attack points.

Jaden's monster Phoenix Enforcer immediately unleashed a barrage of fireballs at the iconic Dark Magician, obliterating him in a burst of flames.

Dark Magician Girl's life point dropped to 2300 after Dark Magician had disappeared onto the field. But here is the fun part.

"Dark Magician Girl's effect takes place when Dark Magician is in the graveyard, increasing her attack points by 300!"

With this last-ditch effort, Dark Magician Girl's final monster on the field reached 2100 attack points. It has the same ATK points as Elemental Flame Wingman.

"That doesn't matter!" As Jaden and Dark Magician Girl's monster were about to get hit with mutual destruction. This was for Jaden to ensure that her life points drop by at least 2000 at the cost of Flame Wingman.

"Now Flame wingman—" Jaden excitedly commanded.

If her Dark Magician Girl card was destroyed, then Dark Magician Girl was going to seriously lose she thought. "I activate my Electromagnetic Turtle in my graveyard before your monster attacks and end your battle phase!" This was a card that she discarded long ago from graceful charity, and she decided to use it now.

By utilizing the Electromagnetic Turtle's effect, she successfully stopped Jaden from continuing his battle phase and before he could enforce the command of Flame Wingman to attack her monster. Though this only keeps her final monster safe for now. Jaden couldn't help but wince at Dark Magician Girl's choice of action now.

With Dark Magician Girl's life points at 2300 and one monster still on the field. Jaden ended his turn with one face down.

Dark Magician Girl wasted no time in making her next move. Her eyes showed that she was going serious as she drew her card, all fired up now.

"I activate the Pot of Desires!" She declared, striking a pose. "I'm going to banish 10 cards from my deck and then draw 2 cards!"

As she gazed at the cards she had drawn, a frown appeared on her face. While both of the cards can help win the duel in her favor, one of them clearly irked her. It was a card her husband put, and she seemed to have mixed feelings about it. The cards she drew were Lava Golem and Kiwi Magician Girl. (A/N: You can already tell which one was mine lmao.)

"I—" Dark Magician Girl was going to make her move. But with her words interrupted, Dark Magician Girl watched with wide eyes as Jaden revealed his face-down card on the field and declared, "Sorry, but I plan to end this duel! Last Turn!"

As the Last Turn card's effect took hold, every monster on the field vanished, except Destiny Hero - Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer.

Jaden explained. "I'll pick one monster on my side of the field, and then we send everything on the field, even our cards in hand, straight to the graveyard. But here's the thing—you get to choose and special summon a monster in attack position from your deck. The last monster standing wins."

Dark Magician Girl nodded, with a smile on her face as she gracefully accepted the challenge. After a moment of consideration, she made her choice. "I special summon Dark Magician!" Her iconic teacher reappeared on her side of the field, ready for one final fight.

Without hesitation, she entered the battle phase and commanded her Dark Magician to attack Jaden's last remaining monster. Her Dark Magician swiftly clashed with Jaden's remaining monster, and they obliterated each other. With a confident nod, she ended her turn.

And just like that, the match had ended in a DRAW due to the effect of Last Turn, leaving the audience in awe of the incredible duel they had just witnessed.

Jaden flopped down, mentally drained, and stretched out on the ground. His eyes were fixed on Dark Magician Girl, a clear admiration in his gaze. Deep down, he couldn't help but be in awe of her extraordinary dueling skills and her deck. 'Dang, just how incredible is Gojo's wife?' His mind was blown by her mastery of the game.

"That was so fun!" Dark Magician Girl giggled, her eyes sparkling with joy. "Thanks for the match, Jaden! See you around!" Her face radiated happiness as she waved to her adoring fans. However, as soon as she spotted her husband and couldn't hold back her excitement. She dashed towards him, leaping into his arms without a care in the world. "HUSBAND!!~"
