Jacob's eyes flew to the monitor that suddenly came to life. It didn't stop the smile forming on his lips upon reading the article on the monitor screen.

His eyes caressed his wife's face from what he read on the screen.
"Sweetheart ..." he said as he caressed her cheek up and down. It was as if he couldn't stand it, and a kiss touched her lips, making her eyes open gradually and look straight into his eyes, inches away from her. Her eyes narrowed.
"Hi. I'm back ..." he said quietly, watching her closely. "Come to bed so you can sleep well," he invited, wrapping his arms around her.
A sweet smile peeked over her lips. She resisted when he picked her up and laid her on the soft bed.
He turned on the lampshade before lying down next to her. One hand wrapped around her body.
"Y-you just arrived?"
"I came earlier, but I was just in the garden. I had an unexpected visitor ..."
