55 Quest Begins

***An announcement appeared, the quest will begin in 5 minutes. Please make sure your weapons and skills are ready to go now.***

"Here we go, first up gather the terrans with a flag over their head, Werewolves head toward the other side of the area and bring back as many of the Terrans as you can we will make this church and cemetery our base as it is made of stone and has a decent view for catching people trying to sneak up on us." Victor spoke up.

"I see you want to be the group leader and since you have done this before I am fine with that and the task you just gave me. Lets go do this, Eve you ready to go against Adam?" Devlin stated and asked.

"I would love to compete with him so bring it on." Claire replied.

***Meanwhile over with Onyx and Ethan***

"So let me get this right our job is to kill the terrans that have flags over their heads, stay alive, and kill the other team if we can as well. Who are we up against?" I asked.

Shadow sighed and replied, "Yes we are usually up against the defenders of the terrans which are werewolves, magicborn and other terrans. They are the natural defenders as it is and specialize in going against Fay and Vampires. Watch out for the werewolves as they usually target the attackers as they enjoy killing vampires. You avoid the werewolves and let me know where they are. I will focus on killing them Fay are great against werewolves but we struggle with killing terrans as we leach life and scare them to death, not helpful here so you kill them. As for magicborn then can block and undo what we try to do to the terrans so its best to have our vampires and non fay go after them. Understand now?"

I nodded, "Be careful one of the werewolves on the other side is a pack leader and a born werewolf. I won't fight him as it would cause issues with his pack if I use my abilities against him as well as if he tries to kill me then my seethe that I am master of will want to go after his pack for revenge. It would not go very well for either side nor this town. As for the magicborn over there she is my best friend and it could be fun to go against her head to head. What about you Adam, ready to take on your girlfriend, Eve, and see who is better?"

Ethan replied, "I was born ready and I wouldn't mind trying my hand at Devlin as well. Friendly competition is always welcome for us all. Although I do agree that you and Devlin should NOT go head to head in this quest. Lets hope he feels the same way. According to this map there are four streets that we can use, should we split up and each take a lane until we get closer to the other side and then team back up?"

Shadow again sighed, "Thats the plan, nameless noob take the left side if you need help yell, I will be center left. You man take the right side and between us put the pathetic vampire that wont fight werewolves. If you yell for help I will ignore you unless its a werewolf you are fighting. Maybe your friend will come to your aid. I can already tell we are going to lose, my teammates have zero potential again. Also they tend to gather the terrans we need to kill in this church here that has a cemetery around it to make it harder to approach without being caught. Fay can fly make sure you do if you get there go thru the top windows. You can drop down on top of the terrans and with a weapon kill them all."

The timer counted down and we got ready to leave the area and head out to complete our mission. I headed down my assigned lane looking for the terrans I was supposed to kill for this quest. I really didn't want to do this sort of a quest but I was assuming that the people I would be killing were NPCs for this quest specifically so I went off on my quest. This quest has been done a few times so far in such a short period and I haven't heard of any mass killings of NPCs so it should be ok. I saw 3 people with that symbol over their head and killed them, it was so easy and was like killing fish in a barrel by using dynamite. Way too easy!!! A counter popped up with a kill 90 more terrans. I was shocked and watched the counter go to 86. 'Good' I thought to myself, 'the counter is for the entire group. This will make it easier to track down the remaining people.'

In the distance I could hear Ethan, "You think you can hide from me, that is funny. Go Flower and hunt them down, they cant hide from you. I will be here ready if they try to slip away from you."

"Yes sir I will do that for you. Those stinky terrans can't get away with defying you." Flower replied.

That made me confused, who is this flower and what the hell is he doing with another female. If Claire found out he was close to another woman that was not her or me, she would kill him. The counter dropped down to 64 all of the sudden. I realized that I needed to focus on my task rather then get distracted.

Cain came up beside me, "Master, I saw a werewolf grab a couple of our targets and I trailed them back to a church that was surrounded by a cemetery. It is exactly what we were told would happen by that woman. I killed the other 2 that the werewolf didn't grab."

I nodded and said "Head that way and lets see if we can find anyone else on the way that needs killing."

We traveled down the road searching and didn't find a single other target. I noticed that we had wasted 15mins of our time and still need to kill another 51 people. As I arrived at the end of my street I got a notification that one of my party members is dead and another is mildly injured. Looking around I saw Ethan come around the corner and he seemed perfectly fine so I realized it was the other two. Turning the other direction I saw Damien carrying a person towards the church and heard a moan coming from that direction.
