"Nether attacked Jotunheim first. They completely destroyed more than half of the people that found out about their dirty secrets. They killed all, and took their bodies in custody. They've shown no mercy. Everyone who wasn't in support of bringing people down to the underworld was killed, and their bodies were never seen again."

"That's crazy."

"Yea it is. That's how the war began. They killed all their rivals, and we just had to fight back. King Will wasn't the first person to oppose their system. He's just the only one to survive being hunted by them. It's been 7 years he fought back."

"I don't understand any of this. There were people who opposed them before his arrival?"

"Yes, there were, and they were all killed."

"Are You saying King Will is the only surviving rival?"

"Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. After he got here, it didn't take him up to a week to find out their secrets. So he challenged them with his group but ever since, he has been hunted. That's how he got all those injuries. However, when he was cornered, he somehow gained tremendous power, and fought back. That power is what has kept him alive this long. Long enough to build Jotunheim."

"Jotunheim wasn't in existence before his arrival?"

"It wasn't."

"Then how did this rock and statue come to be?"

"I'll be honest with you, Walter, I don't know. Your Father was the one who brought me here too. He explained only a few things to me. I figured out what I could on my own, but till now, he hasn't told me anything about how his powers came to be. All he did was teach me how to use my gifts."

"That's so…"

"Yeah, it's weird."

"How did you even meet him? Why're you so loyal to him?"

"He saved me from the soldiers in Nether. When the soldiers of Nether took me down from the tree I was tied on, they handcuffed me and were taking me to their Kingdom when they decided to do things to me."

"What things?"

"The things bad men do to vulnerable women. They almost succeeded when the King came from nowhere to rescue me. He didn't even have his powers yet."

"Yeah. It was in the process of saving me that he lost his eye. It was a bloody battle, but he killed them all and took me to safety. I've pledged my loyalty to him ever since, and he has trained me to be as powerful as I am."

"But that doesn't explain why he beat up my mother and abandoned us. He still needs to aplogize."

"That's not important now. I just don't know what to do. Who am I going to follow? Who's the villain in this story. The guys that bring people here, but give them a peaceful life, or the people that stop people from being brought here, but kills everyone brought here?

"I do not know who the villain is in this story. I don't know why Nether brings people here, and to be honest, I do not want to know. All I know is that I'm on the King's side. No matter who's against him, I will fight by his side, and kill whoever supports Nether in bringing people into the underworld...till my very last breath."

"I seriously need time to think this through."

"No problem. Just consider this case wisely."

"Do you know much about why the transitionists do this?"

"I don't," Tanya replied, "But I know they partnered with Nether for a very long time until recently. Do you?"

"Adeola told me something not too long ago."

"It's something about them lusting after the lives humans had, and so they bargain with two entities, one from earth and one from the underworld to bring someone down here. In exchange, they get to live lives on earth."

"That adds up. But there's a little problem though."

"If they wanted to live human lives, and they enjoyed it so much…why did they revolt?" Tanya asked.

"I don't know that. I forgot to ask her the other time."

"We should've torutured the truth out of her."

"No, no. She hasn't said any of these things yet."

"It's not that…she just seems different."
