On a desolate Island three people are fighting against a person wearing black and red gi.

"Haaaaaa" A well toned man among them suddenly shouted and start releasing dark green coloured energy surrounding his body.

His body start increasing in size and mass, his muscles getting bigger until he reached 7ft with a bulky puff body. His long black hair start blowing in air with a tinge of green at ends.

One can even see his muscles pulsating in his arms. Its easy to tell that these muscles hold great power.

"This time I will beat the hell out of you, Carl." Banner who has partially mastered some of wrath energy to able to tranform in pseudo Hulk form shouts at the man wearing gi who is currently enveloped in lightning is Carl who is using (Lightning Armour Jutsu) which 3rd Raikage is famous for.

Seeing Carl in Lightning form Banner used his new technique which he created from Cloud Vortex Divine Punch which is given by Carl to him and sends a punch towards him from distance.

When he punched forward, air bent in front of his power creating a punch made up of air and power intent flying towards Carl.

Carl who was dodging a flying shield thrown by Cap, looked backward and was faced by a air punch sent by Banner, he hurriedly used his modified Body Flicker Jutsu (able to change direction) to escape from the punch.

"Not this time, Carl." sounded Nat who blocked his escape path and waved her fingers in my direction, sending barely visible threads like strings towards me. Forcing me to confront them.

"It was too difficult to get him in this position." Banner grinned seeing me in difficult position.

"Yeah, previously almost everytime he saw through our intention to corner him but this time we will finally defeat him and complete our training." Said Natasha happily.

"Don't celebrate too early, and don't lose your concentration." Captain interupted their happy moments.

"Yes you should not celebrate your victory until your opponent is down." sounded Carl's voice.

"Kuchiyose: Sanju Rashomon. (Summoning: Triple Rashomon.)"

Suddenly three gate barriers appeared in front of each three attacks blocking them.

"Wha.. What?"

"What the hell is this?"

After summoning gate barriers, Carl didn't even look at result of his jutsu and made few hand seals and touched the earth with his palm at his feet.

"Earth Style: Swamp of underworld."

Suddenly land surrounding all of them changed into mud, which swallowed three unprepared combatant and overturned entire landscape trapping them in the ground.

Then he used wind, lightning, fire and water to create thunder clouds.

"Lightning release: Kirin."

THUNDERCLAP!

Suddenly a kirin beast made up of lightning fell down straight toward three binded people.

BANG! BOOM!

"You again forgot, what is the number one rule in a battle?"

"Constant Vigilance." replied a barely standing Banner without his pseudo Hulk state, riddled with cuts and burned injuries.

"Then remember this lesson for your future fights. Now your training is over and I think Fury would also need your help as he himself is currently in a pinch."

Hearing my words all of them froze, as they thought they would still have to continue this hellish training. Its not like they are mentally weak or something.

These guys have endured too much to be defeated by mere training but what they have through in 2 years it will put shame to Red Room training regime.

"Thank you, Commander." Getting the hold of herself first was Natasha then Captain and Banner replied.

"Alright now off you go." I said shooing them off as I turned around and retracted my chakra which was bounding them in the ground.

Next day three of them stood in front of me saying there goodbye. Seeing their back he sighed thinking that with this it won't be easy for Ultron and purple eggplant to win, And I hope it will minimise the casualties.

I nodded and opened shop options and searched for flames I will use

And in my right hand is a Dark Red coloured flame which is emitting crazy amount of heat with destruction energy, one can even see space twisting and breaking due to its power.

Both of these flames are in some sort of Bowl which is restricting their powers.

"Will I even be able to absorb them?" I asked Soul in hesitation. Seeing their power he knows that if he drop it on ground, they will easily be able to burn a middle sized city in matter of minutes.

"Don't worry, I am here with you. First you have to use Abyss Sun Crow Flames to burn impurities in your body. And try to hold as much as possible, it will be more beneficial for you." Hearing her I nodded. And she continued.

"When you feel you are reaching your limits. Use Blue Life Pheonix Flames, it will help you cleanse of remaining impurities while healing you so you don't get some hidden injuries and it will also strengthen your physique."

After checking everything and conforming all the steps I closed my eyed to concentrate. In entire body cultivation, this is most dangerous part. Almost 70% of previous practitioner of this technique have died on this stage, sometimes using too much of sun energy that it kills them or not able to recover from after effects of this technique.
