Descent

"I'm ready," with those words everything started to tremble, Layton manipulated his domain so the scene outside could be clear, the various trees animals, mountains and ecosystem all started to collapse turning back to their original viscous form, the vicious liquid that then filled most of the entire space started to increase and swirl around, seeing this change Layton's countenance did not change instead he manipulated his domain to move higher leaving the scope of Lilith's domain but just hovering at its edge.

 "You're planning to stay with her?" Zero asked as she watched Layton's actions,

"Yeah, I can't leave my domain to do much anyway" Layton replied gesturing at his current spiritual form, it wasn't that he couldn't turn himself back to normal but that doing that would defeat the purpose of creating his other self in the first place,

"Besides, being a satellite watching the joys and sorrows of a brand new species is practice." Layton lightly concluded.
