Witch Journeys: Lust & Magic

Mori was returning to her apartment after having an orgy with few university students and two of her colleagues in a hotel room. She got way too heated during the sex and forgot to check the time. And now here she was, returning back to her home when it was almost 3 AM.

The next day she again had work so she really needed to get some sleep. But having sex was the only fun activity that Mori loved in her life, so missing this pleasure for some sleep was stupid to her.

As Mori was walking toward her house in the silent night, she suddenly saw a man running toward her. It looked like he was getting chased by someone. She had no intention to get involved in any kind of problematic situation so she just lowered her head and started to silently walk toward her destination while trying to avoid attracting any attention.

But just when the man was about to pass by her, he suddenly brought out a knife and stabbed Mori with it. Before she could realise what had happened with her, she felt an insane amount of pain numbing her brain and her body getting colder and colder. She then fell down on the street and passed out in pain. A pull of blood immediately appeared below her.

After Mori opened her eyes again, she found herself inside an extravagant room. There were many decorations done on the wall of the room and they were very high quality work without any doubt. But there was nothing in this room except for a futuristic looking computer in the middle of it.

Mori then immediately remembered about the stabbing incident and started checking the area on her chest where she was stabbed. But surprisingly she found nothing. As she started to wonder what was happening and where exactly she was, a voice started to reverberate throughout this room.

"Welcome, dear lost soul, to the room of beginning. You are a lucky person and have been randomly chosen to get an opportunity to live a new life, with a new identity in a different world. And in exchange you will be given a task that you are obliged to fulfil within the given time limit. Other than that you're free to live in that world as you wish."

Saying this much, the voice stopped for a few moments and then continued again.

"If you agree to these terms, come and sit on the chair and if you disagree then enter the portal. You have ten minutes to make a decision."

As soon as the voice said this, a chair appeared in front of the futuristic computer and a black void appeared just a little bit behind Mori. And a timer also appeared out of nowhere floating mid-air. Seeing the timer, Mori's tensed mind calmed down immediately and she started to think about her current situation.

It looked like for some reason she had found herself in the middle of a mystical situation. Mori would have been more panicked if she had no idea about a situation like this but fortunately or unfortunately, the current situation was not outside her knowledge.

Because one of her ex boyfriends was interested in books of the isekai genre she had also read a few such stories. So she had a decent understanding about this transmigration thing. That was the reason why Mori was able to keep her calm and started thinking about many things. After sorting out her thoughts, first she tried to ask a question to the voice that was giving her instructions.

"What will happen to me if I decline the offer and enter the portal ?"

Mori had not really expected to get an answer but she was surprisingly given a reply which was a very good thing. The voice sounded again and told Mori that nothing would happen to her. She would just be sent back to the cycle of reincarnation and would be reborn again somewhere. Obviously as that would be a normal rebirth, she would not have the memories of her past life.

As this voice was willing to answer her, Mori became brave and started to ask it more questions. First she asked about what kind of missions she would be given. And in answer she was told that it would be something random that would be decided after she had accepted the offer.

If the task she would be given was random, then that could mean she might get something very easy to do or if her luck was bad, her task might be extremely hard. Then she asked about the time limit that this voice had mentioned before.

Again she was immediately given an answer to this question and was told that the time limit that would be given would always be very generous and the amount of time would depend on the task. But for anyone who was not an absolute slacker, completing the task within the time limit should not be a problem.

Mori obviously had more questions to ask but her time was running out. And Mori was not really too conflicted about her decision. Choosing to decline this proposal also meant that Mori would definitely disappear forever. Even if her soul was reborn again, the memories of the current Mori would be gone. So even if that person still had the same soul as her, she would have a completely different identity. And for the time being, Mori still wanted to live more to enjoy more of what this life had to offer.

So even before the timer was about to run out, Mori stood up and started walking toward the futuristic computer. Then she put her sexy ass down on the chair that was just before the computer.

As soon as Mori made her choice, the black hole like portal disappeared and the computer before Mori got activated. Then the voice spoke up once again.

"Congratulations, dear lost soul. Now you have the opportunity to start a brand new life in a new world. For that you first need to choose how you want to look and what kind of powers you're going to have. For that you will get to perform random draws and depending on the result your race and job would be decided. And then with the third and final random draw, you will be able to get a powerful ability to help you in this new world."

After saying this much, the voice stopped but soon afterwards it started to talk again.

"Your race and job might be good or bad depending on your luck but your special ability would always be powerful. It might be extremely powerful or slightly less powerful but it will still make you exceptional in the new world. So please do not worry about it and start the random drawing."

Just like that the process of Mori's transmigration to the other world had began.
