"You're not good enough" the witch sneered, placing her fork down.
I swallowed my retort. I didn't want a fight.
"Do you know what I am?" she asked, sipping her wine.
"A witch," I muttered, tightening my grip around the fork.
"I'm a monster. And no matter what you think, you're a monster too. You're much worse than I am though," she laughed, her eyes were red from all the wine she had gulped down.
"Why are you telling me this?" I gritted.
Her icy blue eyes settled on me.
"Because no one could ever love a monster. No one will ever love you," she replied.
My heart squeezed. Tears brimmed in my eyes as I stared woefully at my plate.
"Eat your broccoli," she ordered.
"No" I muttered
"Finish..."
"I said no," I snapped, glaring at her.
"Control yourself,"
Another order but I was done taking orders from her.
"Fuck you!" I yelled.
