Sick

"Why didn't you wake me up? I would have gotten up to get you some medicine." Suga said.

Hellion shrugged and grabbed the medicine out of Suga's hand. She drinked it and grabbed her purse.

"No, your staying. I don't want you sick out in the field." He insisted but she was stubborn.

They left to Juan's house and he ordered "Stay here."

She didn't listen and got off. Juan's mom was outside cleaning and she got happy when they got off the car.

"I didn't expect you to bring him this early." She said to Hellion.

Juan came out with the documents and Hellion began to blush.

Juan mom said "Juan? Why didn't you tell me that Hellions boyfriend was coming over too? I thought it would just be her coming."

Suga gazed at Juan and then at Hellion.

"Hellion, are you ok? You don't look ok?" Juan asked.

Hellion held her stomach and Juan's mother said "I can make you some tea!"

"I just ate to much last night." Hellion said trying to force a smile on her face.

Juan said "I shouldn't have brought you over. I'm sorry."

Suga said "She ate last night when I was eating."

Juan's mother said "I'll prepare you some tea cause you look like your about to pass out."

"I don't think I can wait any longer." Hellion softly said.

Suga glanced back at Hellion and she looked very sick. She walked back to the car and Suga rushed towards his car.

"I'll take you to the hospital." He insisted.

Hellion stated "It's just a stomach ache."

Suga said "I don't care."

She didn't talk back and went.

"Are you her boyfriend?" The doctor asked after the check up was done.

Suga nodded and he was given medication. "Let her rest for today. If she still feels sick then stay in bed for 3 days." The doctor said.

Suga walked in and Hellion gazed at him.

"I don't feel good." She said.

"I told you not to go to bed last night." He reminded her.

She sat up and held her stomach. Hellion walked to the car slowly and Suga took her home.

"Want me to call your parents?" He asked.

Hellion quickly said "No, I'm fine."

"I'm going to pick you up." He offered.

She didn't say anything and he picked her up. He took her to her room but she recalled what happened last night.

"You vomited?!" Suga said very surprised.

He turned around and put her down on his bed.

"Really? And you wanted to work like that. Hellion you are very stubborn." Suga said kind of mad.

"I'm going to clean the room. Don't worry." She said embarrassingly.

Suga said "I'm mad that you lied about feeling well when you obviously felt very sick. What were you thinking?!"

Hellion said "I'm sorry."

Moment of silence took over the room and they were very shocked of the two words that came out of her mouth.

"What?" He said once he realized what she said for the first time.

Hellion was still shocked to her words.

Suga said "I'm going to let you rest. I'll be back with my work stuff."

He left the room and she drifted to sleep right after. The medication was very heavy on her that she knocked out for a very long time. Nothing seemed to wake her up, the loud typing from his laptop, the ambulance that drove by, the next door neighbours but one thing did. Megan came over to pick up his work that he had done from home and Hellion turned to her side. She didn't want to see her because for some unknown reason Megan made her sick. It seemed like she would never leave as Hellion got tired of being on her side.

"Hellion!" Juan shouted.

Suga hushed him from the hall.

Hellion turned to her back and smiled.

"Hi." She waved.

Juan said "She's awake. I thought you said she was dead?"

He laughed at his joke and Hellion chuckled.

"I brought you the tea. It shouldn't affect you even if you are on medication." He explained.

"Tell your mom I say thanks." Hellion said.

Juan said "Actually, shes outside with Suga."

Suga came back in the room as it seemed like Megan had finally left the house.

"Your mom is waiting on you." Suga told Juan.

"Hope you feel better. Don't stress. The grapes will be waiting on you." He said before leaving.

Hellion chuckled lightly again.

"You know what his mom asked?" Suga asked.

"What?"

"If you were pregnant."

"Was Megan there?!" Hellion was worried now.

"I didn't know you had a boyfriend." Suga ignored her question.

Hellion said "Look, Juan lied to his mom about us dating."

Suga said "I see that. She kept saying she was happy we were together."

Hellion blushed and said "I'll call Megan to explain to her that it's just a misunderstanding."

He sighed and said "I'm not dating Megan and don't want too. I was just joking around with you."

Hellion said "Wow. I thought you finally gave her a chance."

Suga said "She didn't tell me nothing on our trip."

"She shows! Not tells." Hellion stated.

"I made you some soup." Suga said.

"My stomach hurts."

"You can't drink medication on an empty stomach."

"Fine."

He brought a small table over her legs and she began to sip out of her soup.

"Why don't you ask her out?" Hellion curiosity was killing her with the question in mind.

"Megan is cool but she's not the one I'm interested in." He said making her now wonder. He asked "Why don't you date, Juan?"

Hellion laughed and said "He's cool but he's not my type."

Suga recalled back in high School. "Oh, yeah. You only date popular and rich guys."

Hellion stopped eating as she understood where this was going.

"Sorry." He quickly said after it got very quiet and the atmosphere got very akward.

Hellion said "No, I'm sorry."

She continued. "I'm sorry. I was rude to you and mest around with you."

Suga had wanted this so much but it wasn't satisfying. He didn't understand why she bullied him and was still mean afterwards.

Suga stood up and said "Finish, your soup and I'll come back later."

Hellion felt like trash because her apology didn't seem accepted by him. Obviously, what was done, was done already. There was nothing that could be changed from the past. Her apology didn't fix any of the trauma that was caused by her, bullying him for so long. What made her feel worse that she was completely alone and the only one that helped her was Suga. He didn't let the past come and make him take revenge on her. Now, she couldn't eat her soup without feeling guilty but she deserved it. The selfish part of her was the reason why she bullied him in the first place.
