Lucius's Affection
Silver, Tracy, and the rest stood at the rooftop of the facility, waiting for Lucius. A few minutes later, Lucius walked out, dressed in his camouflage trousers, boots, and a black tight shirt. His xenosteel necklace dangled loosely as he approached coldly.
{I'm surprised you agreed to this… I believe something this big cannot go on without Lei Fei's approval.} Lyxor said.
"It doesn't exempt the possibility of the Beast Whisperer's involvement," Lucius muttered under his breath.
{What happens if you are wrong?} Lyxor asked.
"If Lei Fei wants to stop me, he can easily reach me at any time and do that. If he doesn't stop me, then I'll carry out the mission and gain more reputation and power in America. I will win regardless." Lucius countered.
By the way, he would rather use this opportunity to test his new techniques. It was much better than sitting in a holding cell for days with nothing to do.
