Standing above the explosion site, Lucius observed everything peacefully, taking advantage of his invisibility. Just as Skull had mentioned, they were American soldiers here looking for clues within the explosion sites, but they could not cover all at once.

Ignoring those within the explosion points littered across the residential area, Lucius looked towards the crowds gathered around these places. He knew if the enemy wished to monitor them, they would be hidden amongst the people.

With his unique sight granted to him by the Sword God Martial Technique, Lucius noticed a few people hidden within the crowd, who were trained soldiers hiding in civilian clothing.

Their energy signature was more abundant than the average human, and they were all positioned at strategic locations. 

"People are sent out just in case something important is found. Whoever is dealing with Congo's issue for the Culture is the careful type." Lucius commented.
