Why is it such that

Humans cannot live without

Such major changes?

In this world where we

All have such freedom thought

And power to speak.

Why is it such that

We live to the judgement of

The world that surrounds?

In this world where all

The stars, the moon and the sun

Guide us to safety.

Why is it such that

We exalt progression in

Its repercussion?

In this world where all

Are connected under a

Range of coloured stripes.

Why is it such that

We pull down the walls

Only to make more?

In this world where we

All live in the tempered tower

Which hold each and all.

Why is it such that

Stability is virtue

Yet never reached?

Why is it that

In the world life functions so

All but none may live?
