Whispers Behind Bars

Lady Clara laid in bed staring up at the ceiling, a knock sounded on her door. "You have visitors Lady Clara," said the guard. He then shoved Noah and Gina into her tiny room. 

"Noah, Gina! Why are you here?" Clara asked surprised to see her two oldest friends.

"Clara, we've been so worried about you, Hans sent you as many things as he could you know without wanting anyone to know because he can't with the way things are," replied Lady Genevieve, who was better known as Gina. 

"I promise you both that I am not behind the posioning of Queen Elesha," blurted Clara uneasily.

"We know, we're just glad you're still alive," replied Noah giving her a hug. 

"Wait, how do you know I'm not responsible for the posioning?" Lady Clara asked looking up at Noah.

"Well, we sorta figured some things out but we don't have evidence yet and we can't talk about it here," replied Noah gesturing to their surroundings.
