The Same Day - 8:50 PM
Jun pulled Miyuki aside before he could exit the cafeteria. "You're looking awfully suspicious, bud."
Miyuki's lips curled into a sly but troubled smile. "What are you talking about?"
"You're the only one who doesn't seem distressed about Furuya's pregnancy. Everyone was coming at Tanba when he was saying all that mean crap, but you were sitting there…smiling? What is wrong with you?"
Miyuki scratched his neck in discomfort. Who the hell was Jun to question him? His facial expressions had absolutely nothing to do with him.
"You know I'm not the type to openly express my emotions. To be honest, I really am worried about Furuya. I never thought this would happen to him. Like, what monster would do that to him—"
Jun quirked a brow. "Monster? You're acting as if Furuya was raped or something! He never let on more than the fact that he was pregnant; that's it! What more do you know?"
'You need to calm down before you get me in trouble.' "N-No, I was implying that Furuya's young and for him to get pregnant is—"
"Kazuya!" Eijun shouted from afar. "What are you doing? Let's go!"
Miyuki internally sighed in relief as his boyfriend skipped towards him, a bright smile on his face. 'There he is. My convenient little lifesaver.'
He turned to Jun and laughed apologetically. "Sorry, duty calls. See you in the morning."
Jun scowled as the couple walked away hand in hand. It left a bitter taste in his mouth and he didn't know why, but he did know that Miyuki wasn't off his radar just yet.

8:57 PM
"I don't wanna hear it," Tanba grumbled as he sat on the mound.
Chris sat next to him and firmly gripped his shoulder. "What you said back there was unacceptable and I won't tolerate it. Why did you lash out at him?"
Silence.
"Answer me. Tell me what you're feeling, Koichiro. We're partners, right? I deserve to know what's going through your mind."
Tanba threw his towel to the ground in irritation. "Because I'm entitled to have a damn opinion! I'm saying what any normal person would! Furuya should've been more careful. The fact that he's even giving birth is what's pissing me off. I don't care if he's stable enough to raise it, he's being selfish.
"What about us? He's betraying the team and our trust by putting himself out of commission. What if this news gets out? How are other schools going to look at us? It'll cause a scandal, especially when the father is revealed."
Chris leaned his head on Tanba's shoulder. "I understand where you're coming from, but—"
"No, I'm not done! He had so much promise, his future looked optimistic, and he's abandoning it. You guys are only supporting it because you don't have the balls to accept the fact that he's ruining his life."
"Can you stop rambling and listen to me? Fine, you don't accept his pregnancy, but you didn't have to bash him. The least you could've done was leave it alone. He's probably debating whether or not he should keep the baby now because of you.
"It's his body and he can do what he wants with it. Besides, we don't know for sure if he was having sex consensually, so you had no right in saying that he should've used protection. I'm disappointed in you."
Tanba looked at Chris through his peripheral and felt his breath hitch in his throat. Chris' eyes were slightly watery and his lips were pulled into a frown. It was a look he never thought he'd see, and it made him feel a tad bit guilty.
His words had offended his boyfriend.
"Chris," he said. "If I said I was sorry I'd be lying, but…crap. I didn't mean to upset you."
"I want you to apologize to Furuya."
"You're kidding me."
"You don't have to pour your heart out if it's not going to be genuine. Admit that you hurt him and move on."
Tanba rubbed his hand along Chris' side and grumbled, "Fine. Tomorrow morning."

9:10 PM
In his room, Miyuki rested on his bed while Eijun sat on the carpet. A sudden thought came to his mind.
"Eijun, ride me."
Eijun jolted, a burning shade of red dusting his cheeks. "W-W-W-What? Why?!"
Miyuki ran his fingers through his hair as his other hand worked on pulling down his sweats. "I feel like being inside of you and I need to let off some steam. Do you have to ask?"
"O-Okay, but I don't feel like h-having sex tonight—"
"I'm not giving you a choice here! Why do you have to be so difficult?"
Eijun huffed angrily as he shimmied out of his shorts and climbed on top of Miyuki. "Fine, you don't have to get mad at me! Jeez!"

Back to 9:05 PM
Furuya breathed heavily as he covered himself in his blankets, arms wrapped around his body, rocking back and forth frantically.
'Tanba-san might be right,' he thought. 'I am sabotaging the team. I am being selfish. I am letting everyone down. I shouldn't give birth. I shouldn't give birth. I shouldn't give birth. But it's too late. What am I going to do? I don't know where to start…'

Back to 8:50 PM - Restaurant
Kominato Ryosuke smirked. "You've been staring at me for the past five minutes. Did you really miss me that much?"
Kuramochi banged his head against the table as his heart beat in excitement, rejoicing in the warmth that was filling his body. He had longed for this euphoric feeling dearly and he wasn't going to let it slip through his fingers for the second time.
"Hyahaha! Of course I've missed you, Ryo-san!" he said. "How many months have passed? You look great. How've you been?"
Ryosuke was wearing a sweater with a pair of dangerously short shorts. "I look great? Who knows, I might have worn these shorts specifically for you. Anyway, how's Seido been since I left?"
Kuramochi took a sip of his drink and set the glass down. "Before I tell you anything, seriously, how've you been? Are you taking your meds?"
"I stopped."
"What? Babe, why?"
Ryosuke laughed, an obvious hint of nervousness behind it. "I don't need them anymore. I'm over it, Youichi. Let's just forget about it and move on. Okay?"
Kuramochi furrowed his brow. "You don't have to hide anything from me. I know deep down that you're still depressed about it. I am. I won't ever forget about that day. Not until I die."
"I said I'm fine."
"Ryo-san!"
Ryosuke sighed in defeat. He looked down at his stomach and shuddered.
"My miscarriage still haunts me," he confessed. "I dropped out because I didn't want anyone to find out that I used to be pregnant. I can't sleep at night without feeling that I was to blame. If I wasn't so excited about keeping it, if I didn't convince you that it was going to be fine, if I didn't hide it from the team for three months…this wouldn't have happened."
"Don't ever think that!" Kuramochi reached over the table and held his boyfriend's hands, interlocking their fingers. "Please, don't put all the blame on yourself! It's my fault, too. I should've used protection, I should've told the team, I should've taken better care of you! We were both naive, thinking that we could raise a child at our age. Where were we going to get the money to feed it or buy diapers? We got ahead of ourselves."
"I know, I know. I wanted to give birth regardless. I really did."
Kuramochi sat back in his seat. He picked up the menu and looked through it.
"Me too, but we can't do anything about it now," he said. "Hey, let's get something to eat. I'll tell you what's happening at school over some munch. I think I could use your help because history's repeating itself. How does fried chicken sound?"

9:20 PM
"What…what the hell, Kazuya?" Eijun hissed. "What the actual hell, Kazuya?"
Miyuki stared up at him nonchalantly through his foggy glasses. "What?"
"What do you mean, 'what'? I've been riding you, using my best techniques, mind you, and you're not even hard! My knees are burning! What is up with you?"
The bespectacled teen shrugged. "I think my dick is broken. Don't worry, I'll take care of it myself—"
"No! I knew it!" Eijun hoisted himself off of his boyfriend's flaccid cock. "Someone else is doing it for you. Do you think I'm stupid? Lately, your head's been elsewhere. You're always spacing out and you never finish! Who are you thinking about? Am I not enough for you?"
Miyuki's eyes widened in surprise. 'Shit. This isn't good.'
He swung his legs over his bed and scooted next to Eijun, but the latter pushed him away, eyes brimming with tears. "Babe, don't be like this. I'm not cheating on you or anything. You are enough for me. I love you. It's…I'm going through a lot right now."
Eijun sniffled. "Then why don't you tell me about it? We're a couple, right? Your pain is my pain. It's not fair that you're hiding so much from me and it's hurting my feelings, Kazuya. If you don't trust me, then why should I trust you?"
Miyuki suppressed the urge to laugh. A loud, hearty laugh. Shitty, but he couldn't help but think that Eijun was way too dense to even fathom the sheer amount of pressure he was under. Furuya's pregnancy was jeopardizing everything: his academic life, his reputation, his entire life.
If word spread, he was doomed and Eijun wouldn't dare experience his downfall with him. He had his own future to consider. He didn't want to ruin what little promise he had.
Eijun slipped on his shorts. "So you're just gonna sit there and not say anything, huh? Kazuya, if you want this relationship to work, all you have to do is tell me what's been bothering you. Judging by your silence, you are cheating on me. It's o-o-okay. I knew I was n-n-never good enough for you—"
"I'm the one that got Furuya pregnant! Okay? Happy now?!"
Before Eijun could even register what Miyuki had confessed to, Jun burst through the door.
"I FUCKING KNEW IT!" he shouted.
