Natalia groaned, "I know! And Jasmine won't understand what I'm trying to say! Those old bastards have clear ulterior motives." She ran her fingers frustratedly through her hair. "I don't think they will ever agree to the wedding."
Of course they wouldn't, they had nothing to profit off it.
"Natalia, there's something I want to ask you, and depending on what you say, we might be able to get back at them both." I said in a lower tone, glad they didn't have cameras in the booths.
"You know to get back at them?"
"I might. But that all rides on how willing you are to place your life on the line for the business and the wedding." If I made a mistake in entrusting the wrong person with this information, then my leverage would be finished.
