Heavily Injured

Seriously it was not the right time to be making jokes right now. It was just a moment of relief that i landed on his head and i struck it's head with my sword and a lot of blood came out of the wound and it immediately went back inside the water body causing me to lose balance and i too fell in the water with it. Ofcourse it wasn't gonna be this easy you know. As i tried to explore the water body blood from my wound also immersed in water. And so did the monster's blood. It was hard to distinguish which blood was mine except that it's blood really didn't smell good. I was trying to find if there was some hidden treasure or something in the lake or i should just leave. I did wander a bit in water but i couldn't find much except for the fact thati noticed the monster was attached to the ground of the water body and could not come out of the lake. Soon the monster saw me again more like he was able to detect where i was with the help of the smell of my blood coming out through the wound. I immediately started swimming towards the top of water to the shore but the monster was way too faster in the lake like water body which was much deeper in fact. Thankfully i was able to come out in time or one of my leg would have been a goner. I also.....
