Chapter 726: Give Them Back
Based on reports, Ian already knew the car Mina would arrive in, so he made sure the gates of his property would open for her, and when she stormed up to the front door, he arranged for Tara to be the first person she saw. Ian hoped that by being greeted by someone who she had not seen in a long time, Mina's mood would improve, but she was not who she used to be, and she barely glanced at Tara before she immediately pointed her weapon at him. The actions caused the men stationed in the foyer to point their weapons back at her, and Ian was not foolish enough to order them to stand down. He now knew that Mina was more than capable of pulling the trigger, however, he did not like that the woman he loved was being threatened by anyone.
