Cylus had brought Vanya into his office hoping to let the woman know that whatever they had in the past could not continue. Mina was right, he could not keep chasing after her while allowing someone else to have a false sense of hope. It was messy of him to get involved with her in the first place, as the woman was a Rue Entertainment employee and worked with his mother closely.
Cylus thought that a clean break was what was going to happen, but Vanya was incredibly good at working his body, and before he knew it, he had her bent over his desk screaming his name loud enough to pierce through the soundproofing of his office. It did not occur to him that she was doing it on purpose. She wanted his busy body receptionist to hear them so that the whole place would know her position.
Vanya was especially energetic and Cylus found himself taking her again after her constant insistence. What they were doing was meant to be a goodbye, but Cylus knew it was bound to happen repeatedly. Especially if she continued to behave the way she was behaving now. He had gotten used to Vanya, and she to him.
With enough time passed, their sex life had become boring, but it was suddenly sparked again, and Cylus wondered if it was because she was afraid to lose him. He hoped that was not the case, because as much as he enjoyed Vanya's body, she was not the woman he wanted to marry; for Cylus that woman was still Lisa.
By the time the pair were finished, neither of them could move. Cylus lazily picked up his phone and checked the time. Figuring that Mina was still recording, he tossed the phone aside and dipped into his restroom to shower. Just when he thought he was safe, Vanya crept into the bathroom and hugged him from behind, asking if he needed help washing, and like a fool, he agreed.
It took over an hour for the pair to tire themselves out, and when Cylus stepped out of the shower and back into his office, the first thing he did was call Mina. Her phone, however, rang in his office. It was left behind in her coat pocket.

Unlike what Mina had expected, recording the demo was easy. Cylus' father was impressed with her vocals, and offered to sign her as a solo artist, but she declined. She told the man that it was already out of her character to do half the things she had been doing lately, and while she knew the man would have difficulty believing her, she did not care. It was the truth.
Bored, and with nowhere else to go, Mina made her way back into the children's classroom, and she was just in time for the young ones to start their vocal exercises. The instructor noticed her and invited her inside. It was rare for CEO Rue to personally tour anyone around the headquarters, and the man wanted to take the time to feel the woman out.
He noticed how she was gentle with the children, who had drifted away from their lesson to pay more attention to the woman they all seemed to agree was pretty. They inquired about her eye color and most of them were shocked and amazed that she was not wearing contacts. Some of the children demanded proof and had come in close to the woman's face, eliciting tickled laughter from her.
It took the instructor several minutes to calm the children down, but eventually he was able to get them back into their seats and Mina took it as her cue to leave. She loved children, but she did not want to be a distraction no matter how adorable they were when distracted.
Mina was making her way back to the recording studio. Cylus' father had given her a temporary access card that would expire at the end of the day and she could freely move in and out of the area. Once she was back inside, Mina felt starstruck for the first time in her entire life, or second if you included her reaction to seeing President Lee.
Growing up, Mina's sister listened to Hansen, a band that was composed of four boys that were only a few years older than she was. Back then, all her sister would talk about was which one of the boys she was going to marry. She had even saved all her money to buy Hansen's overpriced CDs that came with posters and voice recordings of each member.
While Mina herself had not gotten swept into the Hansen wave, she did enjoy listening to their ballads, which were always beautifully written. It was their pop music she could not stand, but not because it was bad, it was because it was not Mina's preferred genre.
"Someone has been f*cking with the equipment." Mina heard one of the men say and she tried to retreat but was caught.
"Who the hell are you? How did you get back here?" Mina turned to run, but one of the men caught her by her sleeve and she found herself unable to resist. He was so much more handsome as an adult.
"Call security," another one of the men said, and Mina was still quiet. She could not believe that she was meeting Hansen. The conditions were not ideal, but Cylus could always vouch for her later.
"You know, you girls sneaking in here is unattractive. You are a beautiful woman; you don't need to throw yourself at a man." It was then that Mina realized the men thought she was a crazy fan. Sure, she was trying to leave, but it was because she did not want to pay for the equipment she dropped.
"I'm not a fan," Mina said meekly. Her face was completely red as she looked up at the member who had just called her beautiful. She could not ignore that he was beautiful too. "I mean, I like your music, but I'm not that sort of fan."
"So, you just happened to sneak back here at the same time we came to use the studio?" Mina shook her head.
"I just recorded a demo with President Rue." The men scoffed at Mina and even she had to admit her claim was ridiculous. President Rue only worked with her because he wanted to make sure she was not using his son, but she was not going to tell Hansen that.
"You're a singer? Okay then, sing a line for us," one of the men teased, and Mina's face bunched in anger. She snatched her arm away from the man holding it, and when he tried to grab her arm again, she slapped it away without holding back. She turned to leave the area just in time for CEO Rue to return.
"Are you done?" he asked, but then he noticed that Mina's face looked angry. He looked at the woman and back at Hansen, who he knew were anything but polite to strangers.
Mina was relieved to see Cylus, but then her face dropped when she noticed the passion marks all over his neck. She had thought that the man was being stopped from coming back to the studio because his father did not trust her, but she could now see that he was busy with other matters.
