As much as she doesn't want to obey it, Li Meilin doesn't have a choice either but to go and do as her young demon master says. So she stormed off on her way to the place mentioned by that jerk with that pissed look on her face.

Their hangout place was already well-known to all the students of Shenzhen High that Li Meilin doesn't need to ask for directions from other students.

That place is well-sought after that almost every student here dreams of being part of their group to also have the privilege of experiencing high-class perks themselves.

Except for Li Meilin, of course, who doesn't give a d*mn to all those things. For her, leaving this school as soon as possible is her main priority in the meantime.

First, Li Meilin made sure that nobody in this school spots her going straight to A4's hangout place, or else she'll be a lump of dead meat for sure.

If it hasn't been explained previously, A4 stands for Alpha Four, a term made up by one of their fans in this school for their group name and was widely used from then on. But if you ask Xian and his friends themselves, they haven't honestly named their group at all and don't give a sh*t about it as well.

Going back to Li Meilin's struggle, she somehow made it on the vendo machine alive by taking the isolated route going towards the abandoned building that Xian and his friends lately renovated to be their official hangout place.

This kind of route is where the smokers usually gather together to smoke without being caught by the faculty members. But Li Meilin was lucky today not to spot any of them here at this hour.

At the end of the isolated route, that's when Meilin spotted the Vendo machine that was included in her demon master's instruction.

"So this is where the vendo machine was placed huh. I wished that jerk told me so," Li Meilin murmured to herself in her usual pissed voice. Or maybe he already assumed that she was going to this route in advance?

Nevertheless, Li Meilin went straight for the Vendo machine and immediately looked for the soda can. But wait a minute! That jerk didn't even mention what kind of soda he wanted! And there's plenty of choices here!

Is that guy toying with her or what?

It looks like Li Meilin doesn't have a choice here either but to randomly pick five soda cans according to her gut feeling.

Either way, she doesn't care anymore if her demon master likes the soda she picked as long as he pays her the money she'll be using here in return.

In the middle of a busy waiting session for the soda cans, Li Meilin didn't immediately notice four random guys whose high school uniforms had three buttons already removed because of the heat, who had made their way toward her.

"There, all done!" Li Meilin said to herself after collecting all the soda cans that she is going to deliver to her demon master later on.

However, as soon as she turned around while huddling all the soda cans she bought just now, Li Meilin was surprised to see four men in their high school uniforms gathered around and are now blocking her way.

Geez, what now? Li Meilin was already in a hurry to deliver these soda cans to her demon master and now this?

The guy with the dyed blonde hair and skinny body stood nearest to her while smirking in Meilin's direction to somehow help intimidate the girl.

"Hey there, missy. Why are you all alone here?" The blonde hair dude asked in his annoying yet creepy voice. "Wanna have some fun with us?"

"Hey! She already got us free sodas!" said the other guy with the black mohawk hair standing behind the blonde dude while pointing his finger at the soda cans that Meilin is now carrying.

Still smirking, the blonde hair dude stated, "How generous of you. But I want you more than those soda cans you are now carrying." and licked his lips in a malicious manner that instantly gave the creeps to Meilin.

That jerk! Did he purposely want me to be here to be gang-banged by these perverts? Is this one of his underhand tricks against me?

"Let's have some fun, shall we?"

As the blonde-haired guy reached out to pull Li Meilin towards him, the latter quickly jumped and landed a sidestep kick that caught the guy off guard, knocking him on the ground almost instantly.

That immediately surprised the rest of the guys, making them rooted to the ground for a split second and stare at the girl who just landed her feet back on the ground while still hugging the soda cans close to her chest.

While they are still being like that, Li Meilin quickly took this opportunity to escape and run her way towards her demon master's hangout place.

"What the hell are you staring at there, you morons? Go, get her!" shouted the blonde hair dude as he got back on his feet, The rest of his friends soon snapped back to reality and went to chase for the girl.

Li Meilin looked behind her for a split second and is now surprised to see a bunch of guys going after her. If only she is not carrying these stupid soda cans in both her hands, Li Meilin has a higher chance to knock these guys out.

Thanks to the taekwondo lessons her mother enrolled her in when she was still a kid, it taught her all about self-defense that she should know to guard herself. Li Meilin didn't think that those skills would come in handy someday.

"Ouch!"

While Li Meilin was still looking behind her, she was rather surprised to bump into someone out of nowhere that immediately made her stop running. Good thing the soda cans were still on her hands by that time.

In the following moment, when Li Meilin glanced up, she was shocked to see Lim Xian standing in front of her, as well as annoyed by seeing his handsome yet cold face at the moment.

Li Meilin hunched her eyebrows together and yelled at her demon master.

"I knew you were behind all of this mess! You set this all up, didn't you?"
