Live Now Die Later Part 1

When I wake up, I notice that Mun-Hee is sleeping on the floor next to Bean and that something is missing from my bed. I get out of bed and step on Mun-Hee in order to get past her and into the kitchen, where I discover that our entire week's worth of food has vanished in an instant. Mun-Hee must have a death wish to consume all of our food while I'm sleeping. I then walk back into my room and discover that my knife is missing, and I start to doubt it was all Mun-Hee

"Can you get off me creep?"

I look down to find a half-awake Mun-Hee I step off and let her get up off the floor.

"You better have a good reason for me not to kill you right now"

She looks at me puzzled.

"Kill me for what reason?"

she asked I know she's playing dumb so I bring her to the kitchen and show her there's nothing in there.

"Fat *ss"

She says while stumbling to stand up straight I nudge her with my elbow.

"Langauge"

She looks at me with annoyance.

"It's The end of the world who's going to yell at me?"

After some back-and-forth, we both realize that none of us took the food, and we both wonder what happened. I suggest that we might have been robbed, and I tell her to go get the bat so that we can all leave today. She leaves, and I stay behind to stand in the kitchen.

What happened to bean, save bean? Beans' name is called twice, but there is no response. I hastily enter my room, put on my hoodie and jeans, grab a knife from my kitchen, and signal to Mun-Hee to do the same. We then quietly descend the stairs.

"I'm surprised people still live in this apartment after the massacre"

Mun-Hee and I decide to stand and pay attention when we overhear two voices conversing with one another.

"Yea and they had a broken lock"

I stare directly at Mun-Hee after hearing this she stares back with guilt.

"Well we should get going tell the boss we've got some more food a cute puppy and a pretty good knife"

"Okay let's hurry before that shark head come's"

We decided to follow them after hearing their voices grow quieter and noticing that their steps were traveling farther. We saw them in front of the building as they prepared to walk out the main doors when a Tesa jumped at them, but they defeated it easily.

"Do you think we can take him"

Mun-Hee murmurs We follow them slowly to this hospital building and when they stop, Mun-Hee decides to get closer. I shake my head to indicate no, so we try to remain hidden.

"You can stop trailing us Dumb*ss"

We both arm ourselves and get ready to fight after they notice us. One of them pulls out a bow and points it directly at us, so I move to avoid it and check both of their levels.

The person with the bow is a powerhouse, but I still don't have enough to even attempt to challenge him. If Mun-Hee uses her power, she can compete with strength, but I'm not sure about the other one.

They are both so powerful that I couldn't even handle a Tesa by myself.

"Mun-Hee Go for the Brute"

I pursue the archer and get close to him, swinging my knife at his chest to cleanly slash through his clothing after he fires a shot that scratches my arm. I use that to take the bow out of his hands and stab him in the leg, and he pulls out the knife and throws it aside as we both start fighting with our fists. He steps back and kicks me away before picking up his bow again and aiming it at me and landing directly under my neck.

"You bore me"

He says as if he was annoyed at me just existing.

"You should've stayed in that tiny little room peasant"

I try to hit him in the face as I charge at him, but he trips me up, so I have to struggle to stand up.

"Shouldn't you remove that arrow"

He approaches me and pulls the arrow from my body, and as he does so, I can feel blood dripping down my body as I struggle to stand? He then sets down the bow and raises his hands like he's going to box. I throw a weak punch at him and he strikes me in the stomach and head. I try again, but it doesn't work because he strikes me twice in the head before punching me point-blank in the chest. My body feels as though it's about to shut down and I fall to the floor.

I can't move my body but I am awake. I turn to see Mun-Hee fighting the brute while continuing to strike him with her bat. I have a little sensation in my arm, so I use that to lean up a little as if I were sitting on the ground.

"Give up already you lost"

I grab the knife next to me and hurl it at his throat, piercing it and causing him to fall to the ground I killed someone, save Bean, and wait, killed someone for a dog and a knife. I killed a person for a-

[Mental Barrier] - Activated

My injured body managed to crawl over to the dead archer and remove the knife from his throat. I checked his pockets and found my Gernes knife. I put it in my pocket. I lay down on the ground, finally passing out from the pain.

My body aches after that fight. It would take at least 2 days even with my AFK healing to get back to full and it's dark. Me and Mun-Hee can't even see where we are going. I don't think we can make it home without running into a Tesa, so we all decide to sleep it out in the main hall of the hospital.
