69. Oni-Chan

Scene: Lila's room. Lila gathers her things as she listens to a voicemail on her phone.

Lila's mother: (through a voicemail) Hi, darling. Your breakfast is on the table, your lunch is in a bag, and your dinner is in the fridge. I'll be home late tonight again, but I'll do my best to be there this weekend. Pinky promise. And just call me if you need anything. Love you to bits, my angel! (blows a kiss)

Everyone in the audience then turned to look at Lila with a mixture of curiosity and just a little bit of pity as they might understand why she lies the way she does, including Marinette herself.

"What?!" Lila rudely asked as soon as she noticed the stares.

"Nothing," Everyone said simultaneously with frowns as they turned their attention back to the screen, no longer feeling sorry for her, remembering what she has already done in the past. Even if Lila has a sad life, she is way beyond help now! They thought in their heads.

Scene: Near the bakery. Nino is seen walking and Lila appears. Nino notices her and runs to her.

Nino: Is something wrong, Lila?

Lila: Uh, no, I'm doing great! It's just that... my mom wants me to go with her to this fancy embassy function tonight, but I got way too much homework and I'm so behind after being away for the first term. I'm just gonna have to tell her no. She'll be so upset…

"Did you really have to lie about your mom? Seems a bit unnecessary," Luka noted to the sociopathic girl and the audience nodded in agreement.

"I didn't want anyone to feel sorry for me!" Lila exclaimed.

"No problem, Lila. I would've felt sorry for you and tried to become your friend, but you already caused too much damage for that to happen," Marinette pointed out in a calm but grave manner and everyone else murmured in agreement while Lila just frowned at that statement.

Nino: Oh, yeah. Bummer.

Lila: Adrien said he'd help me, but I don't want to bother him with it. He's probably forgotten anyway. He might think I've got a crush on him, just like all those other girls who are constantly hanging all over him.

Nino: Adrien's a great dude. I'm sure he won't mind. I can put in a good word for you if you want.

Lila: Oh, you'd do that for me? Oh thanks, Nino, you're the best!

Nino: No sweat.

"Do you guys seriously not pay attention to how Lila behaves around Adrien?!" Marinette asked in exasperation and her classmates just sheepishly shrugged in embarrassment.

Scene: Collège Françoise Dupont.

Nino: (runs to Adrien as he is getting out of his car) Hey, Adrien!

Adrien: Hi, Nino. What's up? (Lila smirks)

"Ew! There's that ugly face again!" Chloe reacted in disgust along with everyone else towards Lila's evil smirk on-screen.

Scene: Miss Bustier's classroom. School has just ended.

Adrien: Hey, Lila. Nino told me about your problem. I can still help you with your schoolwork if you want.

Lila: Really? You'd do that? You're such a great help! You're saving my life, you know.

Adrien: No problem, Lila. Happy to help.

"Out of curiosity, did you two actually study together that day?" Miss Bustier asked both Adrien and Lila.

"All I remember is I tried to get her to focus on our homework, but she kept focusing trying to get really close to me," Adrien said as he frowned towards Lila who frowned back and looked away while everyone else looked at her in disgust.

"Just as I figured. Because according to class records, Lila still hasn't caught up adequately with her schoolwork. I was going to talk to you about that, Lila. You're gonna have to do summer school. That is, if you're lucky that you're still enrolled in our school," Miss Bustier pointed out sternly.

"What about Marinette?! I'm sure this superhero business has been making her neglect her studies?!" Lila asked, now nervous about the concept of being in summer school unlike the rest of her classmates.

"I may be late and sometimes ditch class to be Ladybug, Lila, but that doesn't mean I neglect my studies as education is still very important to me. Luckily, I have friends who are willing to take notes for me plus I always do my homework once I'm free," Marinette said in defense.

"She's right, Lila. Marinette and I still keep very high grades despite our very busy superhero lives. You just neglected your studies for as it turns out no valid reason at all despite my offer to help which I will clarify is not permission for you to make a move on me. You're just lazy!" Adrien said in his girlfriend's defense with a frown and Miss Bustier nodded in agreement in which Lila responded with a growl.

Alya: (notices Marinette crawling towards Lila and Adrien and confronts her) Marinette.

Marinette: (gasp) I was so not spying on Lila. I was just... tying my shoes.

Alya: You've got nothing to worry about. Nino told me Lila said she definitely doesn't have the hots for Adrien.

"I know this may seem like I'm a crazy jealous stalker and I don't blame you guys, but you all didn't know her like I do!" Marinette tried to say in her defense of her following Lila and Adrien that day. Even though they would like to judge her behavior, they didn't as they can't argue on how terrible Lila really is.

Lila: (notices Marinette) Why don't we go to your place to do our homework? It would be so much quieter, would it?

Adrien: My father would never agree to that.

Lila: I bet you I can change his mind. (grabs Adrien's arm and runs out the classroom. Marinette follows Lila and Adrien)

Alya: (chases after her) Marinette! Wait! (Lila prepares to enter Adrien's car but is stopped by Adrien's bodyguard)

Marinette: Pfft! There's no way Adrien's bodyguard will let her in the car. (gasps upon seeing Lila enter the car) Seriously?!

Alya: Don't tell me you're gonna follow them!

Marinette: 'Course not! I'm just gonna go... to the swimming pool. (takes off while Alya facepalms. She notices Juleka with her bike) Hey, Juleka. (gives her her backpack and takes her helmet) Can I borrow your bike? It's an emergency! (takes off on Juleka's bike)

Juleka: I guess?

"Sorry, Juleka. I went a little crazy," Marinette sheepishly apologized to Juleka for taking her bike out of nowhere.

"Yeah, I can see that! But, no problem," Juleka quietly said, accepting her friend's apology while chuckling along with most others.

Tikki: Marinette. You should just trust Adrien. He knows Lila's a liar.

Marinette: I know, but if she keeps on lying like she does, she's gonna end up hurting someone. I refuse to let her hurt Adrien!

"I'm really sorry I acted crazy, Adrien. It's just I knew that Lila's a liar and she ended up hurting me by threatening me and almost getting me akumatized. I just didn't want the same thing happening to you. I mean, if pushed hard enough, she could've threatened you too," Marinette apologized to her boyfriend with a sad and shameful look.

"Aw, Marinette, I'm so glad that you love and care about me this much. But really, I could've handled Lila on my own. And even if I do end up threatened by her, I know I'd always have you by my side no matter what," Adrien said sweetly to his girlfriend along with a kiss to her cheek, making her blush. This made everyone else gush except for Lila who seemed nauseated at the sight.

Scene: Agreste car.

Lila: What's the worst grade you've ever gotten?

Adrien: An A- in math. Listen, Lila, you should forget about this. My father can be harsh with anyone he thinks is an intruder.

Lila: (laughs) We're not doing anything wrong. Leave this to me.

"As you all can see, I tried to talk her out of going into my house, but she keeps insisting on inviting herself in," Adrien pointed out to the audience with a frown and they all glared at the Italian girl.

Scene: Agreste mansion. Lila and Adrien get out of the car and walk up the mansion stairs where Nathalie is standing while Marinette spies on them through the gate.

Nathalie: I'm sorry, Adrien, but you know your father-

Lila: Excuse me, ma'am. But is there any way I could ask him directly? Just in case.

Nathalie: Mr. Agreste is busy designing and must not be disturbed for any reason.

Adrien: I told you so.

Lila: Oh, Adrien. I so wanted to help you make up all the schoolwork you missed due to all the modeling you've been doing lately. What will your father think if he finds out about your lower grades, Adrien? Who will he believe?

Nathalie: Adrien, have your grades gone down?

Lila: He'd never tell you himself when I saw Adrien crying the other day because he only got an A-, I just felt like I had to offer him my help. I would've taken half an hour. (Nathalie raises her eyebrow at her) I understand. You're only doing what you think is best. I did what I could, Adrien. Good luck.

"Did she really just lie that your grades have gone down, dude?" Nino asked Adrien, feeling guilty for asking Adrien to help Lila out.

"Yeah, she did. I would've spoken up about that saying that it isn't true since I didn't want to disappoint my father, but Lila just kept on blabbing and blabbing that I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Plus my father has strictly conditioned me that I shouldn't make a big fuss about anything," Adrien said, finally venting his negative feelings out of what happened that day with everyone else (except for Lila who's just irritated at the criticism towards her) giving him sad and sorry looks.

"Well, Adrien, your father's wrong. If Lila has done something very wrong that could hurt you or other people, you should definitely speak up. Nobody in their right mind would judge you for that," Sabine said in a sweet motherly tone and everyone else gave gentle murmurs in agreement.

Nathalie: If it's only half an hour...

Lila: If you really insist, I'll do it!

Marinette: Seriously? How does she do that? (runs around the mansion and tries to spy on Adrien's room only to find that the mansion wall is too high and can't be climbed; however, upon spotting a bunch of nearby trash bins, she gets an idea)

"Oh no, girl! Please don't tell me you're gonna…," Alya asked Marinette when she saw her best friend with the trash bins. Marinette just buried her face in embarrassment which answered Alya's question.

"Yes, she did! Which proves that I'm a better match for Adrien than she ever was!" Lila taunted the blue-haired superhero while also chuckling.

"So, a gold-digging liar is a better match for me than a beautiful girl who is willing to go as far to protect me from getting hurt? Yeah, that makes sense!" Adrien sarcastically retorted back to the Italian girl with a glare along with everyone else, but then he sweetly smiled at his girlfriend who blushed which made Lila grit her teeth in anger.

Scene: Agreste mansion. Lila and Adrien are walking to Adrien's room.

Lila: See? You never know until you ask nicely.

Adrien: You didn't ask nicely. You lied, Lila.

Lila: You told me yourself that your A- in math is your lowest grade, didn't you?

"UGH!" Everyone (except for the liar of course) groaned in frustration at Lila on-screen continuing to push Adrien around to spend time with her at his house.

Scene: Outside the Agreste mansion. Marinette has built a tower of trash bins which she prepares to climb until she is stopped by a fireman.

Fireman: Hey, miss. You can't climb on that. It's too dangerous.

Marinette: Could I borrow your ladder, please? The guy I'm in love with is about to be scammed by a liar.

Fireman: No. Firefighter's ladder is for real emergencies, not for spying on boys. Especially without a helmet.

Scene: Adrien's room. Lila stares at Adrien's computer wallpaper of him and his mother.

Lila: Ah, is this your mom? You look so much like her. I look a lot like my mom too you know. Isn't it just crazy how much you and I have in common? (opens one of Adrien's drawers and is disgusted to find Plagg's stash of Camembert. Plagg eyes Lila suspiciously while hiding inside one of Adrien's trophies)

"A lot of people look like their parents, Lila. That's hardly impressive to boast about having something in common," Adrien deadpanned and everyone else murmured in agreement with glares while Lila just frowned.

Scene: Outside the Agreste mansion. Marinette tells the fireman about Lila.

Fireman: And the lying girl's really that scheming? (Marinette nods) You really care about this boy, huh? (Marinette nods and the fireman sighs)

"Well, at least one person has listened to me about Lila," Marinette said in consolation of that day and everyone else (except for Lila of course) nodded in agreement.

Scene: Adrien's room. Lila notices a picture of Adrien and Kagami.

Lila: This girl in red is pretty. Who is she?

"Magic Mirror, is that another girl with Adrien fairer than me?!" Angel mocked at what Lila must be thinking based on her angry facial expression on-screen, referring to her fairy tale analogy from Chameleon. Everyone else laughed hard at the mockery while Lila growled and tried to shake loose her restraints in anger.

Adrien: That's Kagami. We take fencing classes together.

Lila: She looks so nice. You'll have to introduce me to her sometime. Did you know I lived in Japan for a few years?

"Have you even ever been to Japan?" Kagami asked Lila, very annoyed that the latter would make a lie about her home country.

"No!" Lila admitted with a scowl.

"Then, why lie about it?" Kagami asked, still annoyed and curious.

"Because Lila will practically say anything to get attention and make her look better than anyone else. For example, we all know that Max's mom is gonna be an astronaut, right? Well, if she went to Mars, Lila will probably say something like, "Did I ever tell you all that I went on an actual space shuttle trip to Mars? I met actual green Martians there and we became such great friends that there's no chance for an invasion. So, you can say I practically saved Earth." Blah blah blah!" Marinette mocked Lila which made everybody else (except for the latter) burst into raucous laughter.

"That does sound like something Lila would say," Adrien said in-between laughs as he looked back at the ridiculous lies Lila has told in the past.

"I would never say something stupid like that!" Lila shouted out in her defense with a furious look on her face.

"Really, Lila? Saved a kitten from a plane engine, had a song written after you by a rock star in his late thirties, had a sprained wrist but no cast, and napkins gouging out eyes. Those don't sound stupid to you?!" Angel asked in amused disbelief and everyone else continued laughing in agreement.

"Let's not forget that most of you morons fell for that," Lila calmly retorted back and most of the audience's faces fell as that was brutally true. Not wanting to continue this further, everyone turned their attention back to the screen.

Adrien: Lila, didn't you want me to help you with your homework?

Scene: Outside the Agreste mansion. The fireman ties all the trash bins together.

Fireman: There. Perfectly safe to climb. (gives Marinette a helmet) There.

Marinette: (hugs the fireman) Thank you!

"Did the fireman dude just seriously help you try to get into Adrien's pad?!" Nino asked, shocked as well as everybody else.

"He has witnessed a lot of akuma attacks to understand that people as low as Lila are at high-risk for causing more and he sort of admired that I was trying to save the boy I love from that same fate. I even told him that I was almost akumatized because of her," Marinette explained about the fireman assisting her on-screen. Everyone nodded in understanding while also looking at the fireman in admiration for doing what he can to prevent more akuma attacks.

Scene: Adrien's room. Lila notices that Adrien has a bunch of photos of Ladybug hidden inside one of his trophies.

Lila: Please don't tell me you're still a fan of that... that…

"What were you about to say, Lila?" Adrien teasingly asked the Italian girl. "If it was something insulting, your act is slipping." Everyone else responded to Adrien's statement with chuckles in agreement except for Lila who just gritted her teeth in anger.

Nathalie: Time's up, Adrien. Your father could come out of his office at any minute.

Lila: I guess I won the bet. How 'bout a little souvenir photo? (kisses Adrien's cheek and takes a selfie) Feel free to ask if you need anymore help with your math. (sends photo to all her contacts. Marinette reaches the top of the trash bin tower but then sees the photo Lila sent and falls over in shock)

"Ew, Rossi! That's borderline assault!" Chloe said in disgust to Lila spontaneously kissing Adrien on the cheek and everyone else gave disgusted faces in agreement. They all saw that photo, but they (except for Marinette, Adrien, and Kagami) didn't pay it much mind because they liked Lila back then.

"No, it's not! It's every guy's dream to be kissed by a pretty girl!" Lila argued back in her defense, causing more glares from everybody else.

"Not every guy, Lila. I should've spoken up about it, but I really didn't care for that kiss. And I was especially annoyed at the fact that you sent that photo to everyone we know," Adrien said calmly but with an angry look on his face.

"That's right, Adrien. It doesn't matter that you're a model. If someone is making you uncomfortable with these kinds of advances, you have every right to speak up and object," Miss Bustier said to her student in a sweet motherly tone and everyone else murmured loudly in agreement while also glaring at Lila for her disgusting behavior.

Scene: Jardin des Tuileries. Kagami is practicing fencing while her mother watches when she suddenly receives a message, only to be stopped by her mother.

Tomoe: We agreed on no cell phone during practice, Kagami. You can check when you're done.

Kagami: I'm sorry, Mother. (puts her phone away and continues to practice)

"Your mom seriously fights?! Even when she's blind?!" Kim asked in shock that a blind person can be competent at something like that, causing facepalms from everybody else.

"My mother and anyone else who's blind can still be competent fighters even without eyesight. It's all about constant training with using your other senses that have been heightened like hearing for instance," Kagami explained, proud of her mother being high-functioning and strong despite her lack of eyesight. Everyone else murmured in both amazement and agreement.

Scene: Agreste mansion. Gabriel is looking at his wife in his repository when he suddenly receives Lila's photo. Gabriel becomes furious as he goes to confront Nathalie and the bodyguard just as Lila is about to leave.

Lila: Mr. Gabriel Agreste! I am such an admirer of your fashion designs! This is the best day of my life! I know how busy you are so I won't take up any more of your time. Have a good evening!

Nathalie: It's my fault sir, I'm...

Gabriel: In my office, NOW!

"Why, Lila?" Adrien asked with an annoyed look on his face.

"Hello! Meeting a celebrity?! Might boost me up and make me become famous!" Lila said as if it were obvious and everyone facepalmed in response.

"Wow! Even the ape-like bodyguard and the supervillains know that you're annoying!" Chloe said in a cringed face and everybody else murmured in agreement while Lila growled in anger in response.

"Again, welcome to my world! I swear that every time she speaks, it makes me want to put my finger through my eye into my brain and swirl it around (AN: Friends reference)," Marinette added and everyone else laughed at that image while Lila continued growling in anger.

"Seriously, girl. I love this savage side of you!" Alya said to her best friend in admiration along with all of their friends.

Scene: Outside the Agreste mansion. Lila spots Marinette inside a pile of trash bins.

Lila: I could take a photo right now and post it online, but that would be too easy. (walks away. After she leaves, Marinette becomes furious and jealousy that Lila kissed Adrien.)

"Well, Lila, I could make a list of your many many many many flaws, but that would take way too long!" Marinette retorted back to Lila's gloating on-screen and everyone else laughed their heads off in agreement. Meanwhile, Lila furiously tried to shake loose her restraints, getting ready to attack the blue-haired superhero.

Marinette: (furiously) Tikki, spots o-

Tikki: Don't even think about it!

Scene: Adrien's room.

Plagg: Why are you so nice to that girl? She lies with every breath and snoops through your drawers as soon as your back's turned.

Adrien: You snoop through my drawers too, Plagg.

Plagg: Yeah, but we both know I'm only looking for cheese. But she... well, we have no idea what she's looking for.

Adrien: Perhaps she's just looking to be a little less lonely.

Plagg: (shrugs and starts counting his cheese) One, two, three, four, five...

Scene: Gabriel's atelier.

Gabriel: What was that young girl doing in my house?

Nathalie: I decided it would be good for her to help Adrien review his mathematics.

Gabriel: I'm the only one who decides what's good for my son! This isn't the first time you've been fooled by his schoolmates.

Nathalie: Do you want... to take Adrien out of school?

Gabriel: No. But I won't allow Adrien to be influenced by the company he keeps. On second thought, I think this photo is going to help me get that young girl in particular away from my son once and for all.

Lila looked at the screen in shock and offense that before she was hired to be his personal spy, Gabriel Agreste wanted her away from Adrien and was willing to akumatize someone to accomplish that.

Scene: Jardin des Tuileries. Kagami has finished training and looks at the message Lila sent. Upon seeing the photo, Kagami becomes furious as she throws her phone in anger and rage and looks inside her scrapbook at the rose Adrien gave her (Flashback scene from Frozer). Kagami was still looking at the rose before tears started to form in her eyes and she picked up her bokken.

"I'm really sorry I let that Lila happen, Kagami. I never meant for you to get hurt like that," Adrien profusely apologized to the Japanese girl for the situation that Lila caused on account of him.

"It was not your fault, Adrien. It was Lila's and partly mine. I have let my feelings for you cloud my judgement in seeing what that picture really meant. Besides, once Marinette and I became friends, she warned me about the likes of Lila, so I wouldn't be fooled by her again," Kagami said with a look of shame and embarrassment with Luka trying to comfort her.

"Oh, sure! Blame me for this!" Lila angrily said back to the Japanese girl.

"ARE YOU KIDDING?!" Everyone in the audience rhetorically asked the sociopathic girl in disbelief as they pointed to the screen, trying to make their point.

Those hopeless morons don't get it! Lila thought to herself as she wanted so much to argue, but seeing that there's no point.

Scene: Hawk Moth's lair. Hawk Moth senses Kagami's fury.

Hawk Moth: Such a tornado of negative emotions surrounding such a meaningless photo. But the strongest anger isn't always necessarily the nosiest one. (creates the akuma) Fly, my evil akuma, and unleash her anger!

Scene: Jardin des Tuileries. Kagami has used her bokken to slice a tree, tears started to stream down on Kagami's face. she drops her bokken and kneels down as she begins to cry when the akuma enters the rose Adrien gave to her.

"You've angered a girl who just sliced a tree even without being akumatized! If I were you, Lila, I'd run away from Paris and never come back!" Marinette said in response to Kagami's anger and everyone else nodded in agreement, impressed with what the Japanese girl could do with a bokken.

Hawk Moth: (from his lair) Oni-Chan, I am Hawk Moth. I'm giving you the power to track down Lila Rossi and make sure she never gets close to your loved one ever again. Adrien Agreste is way too innocent to be wary of her. Of course she'll persuade Ladybug and Cat Noir to stop you from accomplishing your duty. You must therefore bring me their Miraculous, to punish them for their naivety.

Kagami: Yes, Hawk Moth. (transforms into Oni-Chan)

Scene: Adrien's room. Adrien is typing on his computer when Kagami shows up. She becomes white oni-like creature, named Oni-Chan.

Oni-Chan: Adrien. I am Oni-Chan. You and I were made for each other, Adrien.

Adrien: Kagami?

Oni-Chan: I will protect you from anyone who tries to harm you. I'll protect you from Lila. (shows him a photo of Lila on her phone.)

Adrien: She's not dangerous. She just craves attention.

"Let me retract that statement. Lila craves attention too much and is so vindictive that she's willing to become dangerous if necessary," Adrien said, taking back what he said on-screen and everyone else murmured loudly in agreement while also giving death glares to the Italian girl.

Oni-Chan: She doesn't deserve your attention. What she deserves is punishment! (takes off)

Adrien: Kagami, no!

Marinette: (lines the trash bins together but then sees Oni-Chan) Can I transform now?

Tikki: Yes, Marinette.

Marinette: (hides inside a trash bin) Tikki, spots on!

Plagg: Wow. With all these girlfriends chasing you, I guess it was only a matter of time before they ended up fighting each other.

Adrien: (annoyed) I don't have any girlfriend!

[Transformation Sequence]

Adrien: Plagg, claws out! (transforms into Cat Noir)

"Seriously! I'm not worth you girls trying to kill each other over!" Adrien exclaimed in annoyance of how his handsome looks are more of a curse than a blessing. Everyone else nodded in agreement with Marinette, Chloe, and Kagami looking at each other and hanging their heads in shame for their rivalry over the blond boy.

Scene: Parisian streets. Lila is walking home when she sees someone run past her.

Oni-Chan: Lila. (A spooked Lila runs and hides) Lila Rossi!

Lila: Ah!

Oni-Chan: I forbid you to go anywhere near Adrien. (slices car with bokken) Give up on him and I will spare you.

Lila: Adrien? I don't know anyone named Adrien.

Oni-Chan: Don't lie to me!

Lila: I'm really sorry, but I always get what I want. It's not my fault.

"WHAT?!" Everyone in the audience shouted out in shocked disbelief and sported enraged faces at Lila who just frowned and looked away, not taking back what she said.

Oni-Chan: Well this time you're gonna have to give in. Otherwise you'll really get it, whether you want it or not.

Cat Noir: Don't you think you should ask the lucky guy what he thinks? (Oni-Chan begins attacking him) Hey, I'm just trying to help. (As Cat Noir fights Oni-Chan, Ladybug shows up besides Lila)

Ladybug: C'mon, this way! (drags Lila to Place des Vosges)

Lila: I don't need you, Ladybug. I was perfectly capable of defending myself. Besides, that ugly horned girl doesn't stand a chance with Adrien. (Cat Noir lands in front of Ladybug and Lila)

"Oh, and you do?!" Chloe rhetorically asked Lila, still angry that the latter caused all this to get her hooks into the former's childhood friend.

"Chloe has a point, Lila. Given what you have done, you have no chance with me whatsoever! Even if we're the last two people on Earth!" Adrien said angrily towards Lila for offending Kagami when she was akumatized.

"And you don't need us?! We're Paris' only defense against akumas and the supervillains they create! So, whether you like it or not, we're still gonna save your worthless butt because it's our job!" Marinette said in anger and disbelief and everyone else murmured loudly in agreement while Lila growled like a rabid dog in response.

Oni-Chan: Are you really sure I don't stand a chance? (kicks Ladybug out of the way and then points her bokken at Lila's forehead)

Ladybug: Back off! (grabs the bokken with her yo-yo)

Oni-Chan: (notices Lila running away) It's no use running. Wherever you go, I'll find you.

Cat Noir: Not before we capture your akuma anyway.

Scene: Parisian road. Officer Roger is driving in his car when he spots Lila waving at him.

Lila: Please stop! Oh, officer, I'm being followed by a supervillain and Ladybug's failing miserably. You're the only one who can help me! Please protect me!

"Oh, like you can do a better job than she can?!" Alya angrily asked the Italian girl in defense of her best friend and everyone else murmured in agreement, also angrily.

"I know I can!" Lila said, still confident that she's better than everyone else around her.

"Lila, how did I use my Lucky Charm spoon against Copycat again?" Marinette asked and everyone looked at Lila, looking forward to what she would answer in amusement.

"Well...well...how should I know?!" Lila responded in which everyone else looked at each other in amusement and disbelief.

"My point exactly!" Marinette exclaimed in response and everyone else laughed hard at the Italian girl who once again tried to shake loose her restraints in anger.

Roger: Get in. I can protect you down at the police center. (Lila gets into the car and Roger drives off)

Scene: Place des Vosges.

Ladybug: The akuma must be in her bokken, Cat Noir!

Scene: Officer Roger's car.

Roger: Unfortunately, there's not much I can do about your forehead problem, though.

Lila: What forehead problem? (sees a horn on her head) Ah! What is this disgusting thing? (horn glows)

"What's with the horn on her forehead?" Sabrina asked, along with most others who are freaked out by it but still thought Lila deserved that.

"It's a magical horn that grows when she lies. Like how Pinocchio's nose grows when he lies?" Adrien explained and everyone else nodded in understanding.

"This should be good!" Alix snorted along with everybody else, curious to know how much Lila lied during the attack based on the size of her horn.

Roger: (receives a message on his phone and stops to look at it) What kind of a message is this? (swaps places with Oni-Chan)

Scene: Place des Vosges. Ladybug and Cat Noir are shocked to see Officer Roger instead of Oni-Chan.

"I do not remember this, so what did I just do?" Kagami asked, curious to know about her powers as Oni-Chan along with everyone else who wasn't there.

"Not only does the horn grow when Lila lies, it also helps you track her down. You send messages to the phones of anyone who is near her and you magically switch places with that person, so you can get closer to Lila," Marinette explained, based on what she learned that day, shocking everybody else except the people involved.

"Whoa, that is ultimate!" Luka said in shock, more impressed with his new love interest, and everyone nodded in agreement.

Ladybug: What just happened?

Roger: Where's my car? What happened to the young lady with the horn on her forehead? The one being chased by that supervillain?

Ladybug: Lila?

Cat Noir: Since when does she have a horn? (Ladybug and Cat Noir take off)

Scene: Officer Roger's car. Lila gets out of the car and fearfully runs from Oni-Chan.

Oni-Chan: Go ahead and run. As fast and as far away as you can, Lila Rossi.

Ladybug: There! (points out police car and she and Cat Noir jump in front of it)

Cat Noir: I feel like she's taunting us.

Ladybug: She won't be laughing for long. (wraps yo-yo around car)

Scene: Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie. Lila runs inside the bakery.

Lila: Help! There's a monster chasing me!

Sabine: You have something on your forehead. (Lila's horn glows and Sabine receives a phone message) Oh, what a strange message!

Officer Roger's car.

Ladybug: We've got her! (the inside of the car begins to glow)

Cat Noir: Not again! (Oni-Chan swaps places with Sabine)

Scene: Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie.

Oni-Chan: So, you still think you can get away from me?

Tom: Honey? (opens the door and is shocked to find Oni-Chan)

Scene: Officer Roger's car.

Ladybug: Mo- uh, Miss Dupain-Cheng?

Sabine: I was in the bakery when this teenager with a horn came running in.

"So, that's how that happened!" Sabine said in realization after seeing herself being magically switched with Oni-Chan.

"Yeah, it's a good thing she didn't hurt you, Mom," Marinette said to her mother, relieved that she was unharmed along with everyone else.

Cat Noir: Lila.

Ladybug: Oni-Chan must be there already. (to Sabine) Stay here! (she and Cat Noir take off)

Scene: Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie.

Oni-Chan: All you have to do is give up on Adrien, and all of this will stop.

Tom: (taps on Oni-Chan's shoulder, angrily) Ahem. Nobody attacks customers at the Dupain-Cheng bakery. And where is my wife? (Lila runs out and Oni-Chan prepares to follow her) Wait!

Cat Noir: (jumps in front of Lila along with Ladybug) Lila, are you okay?

Lila: You're rushing to my rescue even after all those nasty things I said to you? I really misjudged you, Ladybug! You're the only one who can help me! (hugs Ladybug and her horn grows)

"Of course you lied!" The teens deadpanned after seeing Lila's horn grow after complimenting Ladybug.

Cat Noir: I knew she'd wind up liking you in the end. (winks)

Ladybug: (pushes Lila away and then receives a message on her yo-yo) What kind of message is this? (swaps places with Oni-Chan)

Cat Noir: Hey! Not cool! The girls were just starting to get along! (fights Oni-Chan)

"YEAH, RIGHT!" The teens exclaimed in annoyance.

Tom: Ladybug! My wife answered the phone, and then POOF, she disappeared! And then that villain showed up, and now you're here, and-

Ladybug: Don't worry. Your wife is in a police car, safe and sound. (goes to look out the window) The supervillain sends evil phone messages and swaps places with the person who looks at them. And Lila's horn acts as a kind of cell tower. That's how the villain always tracks her down. I know how to defeat her now, thanks to you!

Tom: Oh?

"You're welcome, sweetheart," Tom jokingly said to his daughter, making everyone else chuckle.

Scene: Parisian streets, next to Collège Françoise Dupont. Oni-Chan is chasing Lila.

Oni-Chan: Give Adrien up!

Lila: And let you get your monster paws on him? No way!

Cat Noir: (hits Oni-Chan with his staff, he is disappointed about being chased around as his true persona) Adrien, Adrien, Adrien. All the girls are fighting over him. No one's fighting over me. Yet I'm so much more sophisticated, funnier, and definitely better dressed than him.

Oni-Chan: (furiously charges towards Cat Noir) How dare you compare yourself to Adrien, you cursed cat! Adrien is perfection personified! He's the only one who's worthy of me! And the only one I will ever love!

"I hope you do not take this personally, Marinette," Kagami said about what she just said on-screen about Adrien.

"I don't blame you, Kagami. Adrien really is one-of-a-kind too, even with his dorky Cat Noir traits," Marinette said as she kissed Adrien on the cheek, making him blush and smile while the others gush (except for Lila of course who is enraged).

Cat Noir: (shocked) What? (thrown into an Adrien billboard, irritated) What are you smiling at?

Everyone chuckled at Cat Noir bagging on his civilian self.

Scene: Parisian streets. Oni-Chan swaps places with a civilian who Lila runs past and jumps in front of her.

Oni-Chan: Do you get it now? I'll hunt you down wherever you go. Just give up on Adrien, and I'll stop tracking your every move.

Lila: Alright. I'll give up... on Adrien. (horn grows)

Oni-Chan: You're an awesome actress, but you're lying. Your horn betrays you, see? It will only disappear once you've sincerely given up on Adrien.

Lila: But how could I possibly give Adrien up? I love him so much! It's too hard for me, honestly! You can't ask me to do that. The only thing that would persuade me to give him up if you got rid of Ladybug for me.

Everyone sharply gasped in shock and anger at Lila making a deal with an akumatized supervillain that she would meet her demands if the villain killed Ladybug.

"You're very lucky I didn't remember that. Once Ladybug and Cat Noir have defeated me, I would have restrained you and taken you to the police about what you asked me to do!" Kagami said in anger towards the Italian girl.

"What are you, the freaking Antichrist?!" Alix angrily asked the lying sociopath.

"More like Satan's spawn!" Chloe angrily stated her opinion.

"How about both of the above?!" Adrien said, more angry than he has ever been. Everyone murmured loudly in agreement with his opinion.

"How dare you! I was trying to make the world a better place without her stupid face around!" Lila argued back to everyone else who was boiling with rage at this point.

"THAT'S IT, LILA! Now that I don't have to worry about being judged for being mean to you anymore, here's a little reality: you are now officially one of the worst people we know! You're possibly even worse than Hawk Moth and that's saying something! You lie and manipulate innocent people to get what you want to feed your inflated ego and apparently, you don't understand nor care about the concept of consequences! You're absolutely delusional and hopeless! You have unresolved anger issues towards the people who challenge you even in the slightest like me! I mean, there are worse things that could happen to you besides me humiliating you in front of Adrien at the park! And you want to blame and kill me for everything that's gone bad for you just because you can't stop lying?! PATHETIC! Adrien and I have been busting our butts to save every citizen in Paris from akumatized supervillains despite our ridiculously busy commitments in our civilian lives, including people who don't deserve it like you! Do you realize what your vendetta against us could possibly impact pretty much everyone else in Paris?! I mean, you caused almost two mass-akuma attacks! That's gotta be an evil record for someone our age! If you are willing to let everyone, including the people we love suffer because of a petty grudge, then you have some serious problems that not even therapy can fix now! And you still blame us for your problems?! YOU'RE THE PROBLEM, LILA! You lied about me pushing you down the stairs?! You're gonna wish I really did because now, you're on mighty thin ice! Karma's gonna come after you viciously and not even your own parents want to look you in the face ever again! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!" Marinette finally let her angry feelings out towards Lila for her evil, selfish and vindictive behavior. Everyone, including Lila herself, looked at the blue-haired superhero with such shock that they said nothing. Once Marinette calmed down, everyone turned their attention back to the screen.

Hawk Moth: (from his lair; intrigued) This Lila girl is... astounding!

Oni-Chan: If that's the only thing that will make you give him up, I'll do it. (attacks Ladybug)

Ladybug: Cat Noir, if anyone receives a text message, you can't let them open it. That's how Oni-Chan teleports herself. (Oni-Chan attacks the duo)

Lila: Help, Cat Noir! It hurts so much! I think I might've broken something! (horn grows)

Cat Noir: M'lady, I have an emergency. I won't be long.

Ladybug: Are you sure she's not pulling your leg?

Cat Noir: She wouldn't do that now. She really looks like she's in pain. (takes off with Lila)

Ladybug: Then I'm going to need a helping hand here. Lucky Charm! (receives coiled-up plastic tubing, which Oni-Chan snatches)

Scene: Parisian road next to the school. The fireman from before is driving when he suddenly spots Cat Noir with Lila and stops his vehicle.

Cat Noir: Could you take this girl to the nearest hospital, please?

Scene: Parisian streets. Oni-Chan has tied Ladybug to a lamppost using the tubing.

Oni-Chan: You've been hosed, Ladybug. Adrien will be mine now, forever! (reaches for her earrings)

Ladybug: NO!

Hawk Moth: (from his lair) Yes! Take her Miraculous!

Ladybug: (kicks Oni-Chan away from her) Back off!

Scene: Bus stop. The fireman is inspecting Lila' leg.

Fireman: Well, this is what happens when you don't wear knee pads. (Lila's horn glows and the fireman receives a message)

Cat Noir: No, don't look at your phone!

Fireman: But what if it's an emergency?

Cat Noir: Her leg's an emergency!

Fireman: You sure it's not her forehead instead because her leg looks fine.

Cat Noir: (to Lila) You just wanted me to leave Ladybug alone with the villain? You hate Ladybug... that much?

"YES!" Everyone shouted the answer on-screen angrily as they glared at the Italian girl who once again frowned and looked away.

Lila: Me? Of course not. Why would you say that? Is it because she's been left alone to fight Oni-Chan all by herself? (horn grows)

"If only that horn would stay even after my Miraculous cure fixed everything!" Marinette said in exasperation and everyone else murmured in agreement except for Lila who just growled.

Cat Noir: (enraged) What you just did is really terrible. You should be ashamed of yourself. Answer your phone, Mr. Hessenpy.

Lila: No! Don't do that!

Cat Noir: Yes, it's an emergency!

Fireman: Uh oh.

Scene: Lamppost. Oni-Chan nearly grabs Ladybug's Miraculous when she suddenly swaps places with the fireman.

Fireman: Ladybug?

Scene: Bus stop. Oni-Chan is surprised to find herself there.

Cat Noir: Surprise, Oni-Chan.

Scene: Lamppost.

Fireman: What am I doing here? And how did you get all tied up like that? (attempts to untie Ladybug) These hoses are so strong, it once took us two full hours to get a kid untangled.

Ladybug: Really? (thinks) Wait! I've got a plan.

Scene: Bus stop. Cat Noir is fighting Oni-Chan when he receives a call from Ladybug.

Cat Noir: (to Ladybug, on the phone) Yes, m'lady? (to Oni-Chan) It's the girl of my dreams. (to Ladybug) Sure, I'll bring her over to you right now. (Oni-Chan charges towards him but he kicks her out of his way and then grabs Lila) Hurry!

Lila: (while being dragged by Cat Noir) Hey! Oh, easy! My leg!

Cat Noir: (shows up where Ladybug is with Lila) Need a helping paw, M'lady?

Ladybug: No, just a little phone call. (Lila's horn glows)

Oni-Chan: NO! (swaps places with Ladybug, who then grabs her bokken with her yo-yo)

"Well, the way you defeated me was certainly amusing," Kagami said while giggling after seeing her akumatized self tied up by the Lucky Charm hoses. Everyone else giggled in agreement except for Lila who is still growling at yet another victory from the superheroes.

Ladybug: Cat Noir!

Cat Noir: Cataclysm! (uses it on the bokken, breaking it and freeing the akuma)

Ladybug: No more evil-doing for you, little akuma! Time to de-evilize! (captures akuma) Gotcha! (releases purified butterfly) Bye, bye, little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug! (Miraculous Ladybug repairs all damage and Oni-Chan turns back into Kagami)

Cat Noir: Kagami. (gives Kagami her rose back)

Ladybug: Pound it!

Cat Noir: I'll take her back home. (carries Kagami) Keep an eye on Lila. She's as sly as a fox. (takes off)

Ladybug: Your leg looks better.

Lila: Being around you superheroes has toughened me up.

Ladybug: You'll be okay to go home by yourself, then. You don't need me. (takes off)

"Oooh! Savage, Dupain-Cheng!" Chloe complimented on her former arch-rival ditching Lila along with everyone else.

Scene: Hawk Moth's lair.

Hawk Moth: I think I was mistaken. I shouldn't chase that girl away. She could make a very good ally.

Scene: Collège Françoise Dupont.

Lila: Hey, Adrien? Could you help me with my homework after school?

Alya: (notices that Marinette isn't spying on Adrien and Lila) What? You don't have Adrien under surveillance anymore?

Marinette: I trust him, Alya. Adrien could never love a girl like Lila, not in a million years.

"Thank goodness that you finally came to your senses," Adrien said to his girlfriend who giggled while Lila once again growled in offense.

Adrien: Sorry, I've got fencing. Besides, I think you're already light years ahead of me when it comes to calculus.

Lila: Actually, I have memory loss after all this traveling I've done. I need to learn everything again from scratch.

Adrien: (angrily) Nathalie and my bodyguard got reprimanded last time because of you.

Lila: I'm sorry, Adrien. Please, I didn't mean to.

Adrien: Lila, you can always count on me. But not if you hurt the people I love. (walks away)

"Finally! You pushed her away from you, Adrikins!" Chloe said to her childhood friend, proud along with everyone else that he is finally standing up against Lila's behavior.

Lila: (receives a call from an unknown number, which she answers) Hello?

Scene: Collège Françoise Dupont. Adrien and Kagami are fencing one another.

Kagami: Congratulations. You're at your best again, I see.

Adrien: I'm only trying to be worthy of you. (Kagami blushes)

"Sorry I said that, m'lady. I was trying to make Kagami feel better. Besides even when akumatized, she still had a better chance with me than Lila ever did!" Adrien noted to his girlfriend and everybody else nodded in agreement.

"You got that right," Luka said, complimenting Kagami along with Adrien making the Japanese girl blush.

"Oh, shut up, you stupid handsome face!" Lila angrily exclaimed, making the audience groan in frustration.

Scene: Agreste mansion, Gabriel's Atelier.

Lila: Thank you for inviting me here, Mr. Agreste.

Gabriel: You got into my house without my authorization. By lying and manipulating my son.

Lila: I only meant well. Adrien needed to talk. You do such a good job of shielding him from bad influences that he actually feels very alone.

Gabriel: Hm. You're opening my eyes to a problem I didn't even know existed. What would you do in my position?

Lila: I think he needs a friend his age. Someone who understands him, who can protect him from negative influences. Someone you can trust, too.

Gabriel: You and I think the same way. See you again very soon, Lila. (shakes hands with her)

Lila: See you soon, Mr. Agreste.

"Well, this is just great! Thank you very much, Father!" Adrien sarcastically stated in an angry manner that Lila and his father have teamed up with everyone grumbling in agreement except for Lila who just smirked.

"Well, that certainly explains how she ended up modeling with you," Marinette said as she thought about it.

"With Mr. Agreste and I combined, we will succeed for sure!" Lila said proudly, now happily knowing that she has been helping Hawk Moth all along.

"As if, Lila! Us heroes will fight you two until our last dying breath if we have to!" Marinette bravely promised in determination and everybody cheered for her dedication to saving their beloved city.

"Marinette's right, Lila. I don't care if Hawk Moth is my father and that he's trying to wake my mother up. It's not worth hurting innocent people. All of Paris and possibly the human race cannot afford more of your evil scheming," Adrien said, just as determined.

"How are you gonna stop us?!" Lila asked as she laughed haughtily.

"With Mr. Agreste, we have to think about that. But, you're a teenage girl and we beat your akuma butt twice! You're not exactly a challenge!" Marinette proudly retorted back to her enemy (without mentioning the future memory loss for Lila afterwards) while everyone else chuckled in agreement. Lila scowled and furiously tried to shake loose her restraints.

"Well, while we wait for Satan's Spawn/Antichrist to calm down, the next episode is Miraculer which was Sabrina's second akuma form," Angel announced before starting the episode.
