Chapter 40 : Trampled head

"Damien Damien Damien" a soft voice called out shaking the body on the ground

"what happened to him ?" another voice asked

"I don't know he just passed out " the voice replied

"how long has he been like this "he asked

"a couple of minutes"

"he is waking up" another voice stated as the person on the ground opened his eyes looking round at everyone as they had surrounded him.

"Damien what happened" Natasha asked holding his head up

"Penelope" Damien replied

"what did Penelope do" Alex asked helping him to his feet

"she was spying on me through psychic spells so I trapped her in my mind so she wouldn't cause any harm " Damien replied holding onto a tree he was still shaken up from the psychic blast that hit him and he couldn't see properly he couldn't breath properly and couldn't even walk properly his head was all jumbled as it would take him time to recover from the attack

"seriously that girl is crazy "Alex said helping him to sit

"her father knows where we are we need to leave now" Damien added trying to get up the last thing they needed was another fight

"how did he find that out" Natasha asked

"he attacked me with a psychic blast scattering my brain and I know that some information would have gotten to him through that link" Damien immediately gave his theory

"fine we would take the meals to go" Alex said as he went to inform the crew.

"are you okay?" Natasha asked holding him

"I would be" Damien replied

"I know you would but that wasn't what I was referring to" she replied shocking Damien as he tried to think of what she was referring to "I heard your conversation with your mum are you okay with it" she asked

"well at least I know that I have strong magic "he replied smiling

"I know but don't you want to find out more about your history from your grandfather cause I feel like there are still somethings missing from your mum's story it would be better you know more" she replied

"you think my mum didn't tell me everything" Damien asked

"maybe or maybe she doesn't know everything" she replied "I think you should visit your grandfather"

"I can't just leave I just told you they would come after us and separating would be a bad idea" Damien replied

"we would be fine and besides finding more about yourself should be important than this " she replied pointing towards the camp which was already half way clear as they packed

"okay I would go when I am more prepared to find out more" he replied

"I just hope you go soon "she replied smiling

"you guys should really stop this petty romance don't you know we are to leave" Alex said walking passed them towards the carriage

"we are coming and there is nothing pettit about us" Natasha replied

"ow like watching my senior sister kiss my friend who is younger than her isn't weird" he said entering the carriage

"hey don't mind him he is just jealous" Asha said as she walked passed them before they turned and headed for the carriage as they all headed for their destination Nemur
