Wanderer (MultiXovers)

I don't know what to write here. Worm is a typical superheroes world but more dark. Instead of heroes gaining advantage, villains have the upper hand here. They also had monsters that are destroying their world every three months and to kill them, every heroes and villains had to teamed up to kill them. Also a great conspiracy and a god like being that like to eat world exist in that world too. Percy Jackson and the Olympian is a world where Greek and Roman gods exist. It told the story of a demigod, the son of Poseidon.

Chapter 2

She woke up. She cleaned herself up and went down to eat breakfast. It was a quiet breakfast. This is the life of Taylor Hebert. A father that looked at her with enmity and a mother that tried to distance herself from her daughter as much as possible. After eating breakfast, both of the parents went to their respective jobs leaving Taylor alone at home.

All the other days, she would spend the day, doing nothing but reading and sleeping. Today though, she would be experimenting. She first grabbed a knight from the kitchen and stabbed herself with it. She felt the knight poking at her but it couldn't go on any longer than that. She smiled and went onto the next experiment. She filled the tub in her bedroom with water and submerged herself.

She shortly reemerged as she felt herself losing consciousness. She realized that even though she can't be hurt, she can still be killed. She sighed wistfully. Unfortunately, to have the power to solve this problem, she needed to wait. To have the power at the same level of invincibility, she had to wait for at least ten years. Still, she can wait. Taylor Hebert is anything but impatient.

She once again found herself in Nameless Void as she slept on her bed. There want much to do anyway so she decided to be productive. She went inside the world which she now calls Earth Mythology.

She looked around and walked to the place where her feet would carry her. As she was walking, she found out that she was now in New Jersey. More precisely, she was in a town called Leeds Points. As she walked she found herself drawn to a shop called Aunty Em's Garden Gnome Emporium. She wandered into the shop and looked around. There were many statues inside. They were so lifelike that Taylor Hebert stopped to observe them.

"Well, well well, look who we have here," a voice that is very much similar to snake hissing came out from behind the statues.

"Tell me, child, are you lost?" She asked.

"Umm, no it is just this statues are so beautiful," Taylor answered back.

"I see. Look into my eyes kid. Tell me if they are as beautiful as them," Medusa said as Taylor looked into her eyes.

What Taylor saw were eyes that looked like snake eyes in the beautiful shape of amber. They were shining so brightly that she was mesmerized by them.

"Beautiful," she said in a daze as the eyes widen in confusion. She was suddenly thrown across the room and held by the neck.

"What are you? A new God? What is your intention by coming here? Answer me," she asked grimly. Taylor kicked the woman off and ran off.

Medusa recovered soon after and went after Taylor. Taylor hid among the statues as she watched the snake hair woman. She looked around for a weapon as she ran away from her. She soon found remains of rock. She grabbed one of the rock and climbed upon the statues. Then, she waited patiently. As Medusa passed under her, she jumped hit Medusa head with so much force that it made her fainted. She didn't stop there. She hit her head again and again until she fell to the ground from exhaustion.

She gasped for her breath as she lied flat on the ground. Unfortunately for her, this was just one of her many interactions with monsters of this world.

After a long breath, she stood up and walked away. Her hands shaking as her mind wandered back to the mangled head of Medusa. She had killed a living creature and her guy told her that this won't her first. She looked for a nice resting spot and curled up into a ball and cried there quietly.

She woke up into the waking world and curled herself into her blankets. She cried again as she remembered everything. She didn't know why but she felt bad. Her inside felt like they were twisting and turning. Even though she didn't know the heaviness of her actions, she still instinctively felt bad.

She can't felt bad about this forever. Something told her that this won't be her first killing and she couldn't just collapse every time she killed something or someone.

She stepped outside of her bed and looked outside. She saw the starry sky outside. It is shining in its eternal splendour. She looked at it in wonder as she unconsciously extended her hand toward the night sky. She felt a desire. A desire to shine as brightly as them. She too wanted to be above that sky looking down on the world. She gritted her hands and retracted them. In her chest, a flame of hope, desire and ambition burned brightly as if announcing her desire to be an eternal star.

She then went down the stair into the living room and saw that It was dark. She helplessly looked at the clock on the wall and found that it was pretty late. She sighed and went inside the kitchen in hope of finding something nice to eat. As luck would have it, she discovered nothing. Her stomach growled in defeat as she went back to her room. She stayed awake doing and thinking nothing just stared at the night sky from the bedroom's window as a tear unknown to her fell across her face. Maybe, if there is another world, she would have loving parents and someone that can be called a friend. Maybe, in that world, this building could be called her home.

Just before her eyes, the sun came out from the east gloriously. The birds are singing their songs as if they are paying tribute to the sun. She heard the annoying ringtone of an alarm clock and rustling from her parents' room. She just continued to stare at the outside world. She looked at the outside world and decided that she would build a home if she didn't have one. No matter what.

Taylor got up from her bed and headed towards the bedroom. She had many things to do. But she would have to take things slowly. After all, there is saying that a thousand miles journey begins with a single step. Her journey is now starting too. Her endless journey.
