Prologue

In moments of happiness, I feel like the happiest soul alive.

Intime's of sorrow, my tears threaten to flood the vast oceans.  

When disgust consumes me, I wish I could tear my tongue from its resting place.  

Surprise ignites within me a wild excitement, causing my eyes to almost leap from their sockets.  

Love transforms me, dedicating my entire existence to the one who holds my heart.  

But in the grip of anger, my hatred simmers, threatening to tear my very soul asunder. 

In the outskirts of the grand Empire of Friede, I'm called Kai Uto. Raised in a simple farming family, I share my days with my loving parents in a cozy village nearby the Sacred Mountains. Despite the peace around me, my life feels aimless, held back by my lack of physical strength and stamina, making the dream of knighthood seem distant. And as if that's not enough, my Family bears the burden of feeding the entire kingdom, with our family being just one of four farms in the realm. 

Approaching my twelfth year, I stand on the brink of a pivotal decision. With hope burning bright within me, I eagerly anticipate entering the Hunters' Academy, longing for the day when my latent powers will finally awaken. Maybe there, amidst the challenges and adventures, lies the chance to lift my family out of poverty's grasp.
