After lunch, Alice took Stella and Daniel and slipped to library. They already asked Ben to bring necessary things as they are planning to stay there until dinner. When they closed the library door behind them, they finally relaxed on the couch arranged for them.
"The people from north…. they are so tall" Stella said remembering the first time she saw them.
"Yes you are right" Alice said remembering the similar situation.
"And they have such wide chest" Daniel repeated after them in daze.
All the three sighed at once.
When Ben entered the room, with Stella's dolls and Daniel's sword, Alice finally felt comfortable to ask the question that has been pricking her.
"Ben, what are people from north doing here?" Alice asked anxiously.
"I don't know. They have some business with the lord" Ben replied.
"Then why didn't they inform us? Why appear so suddenly?" Alice asked.
"It seems they did send a letter. But we did not check it because of lord's health" Ben said everything he knew.
"What? How can that be possible? Grandpa has been taking care of the duchy since father collapsed. He won't ever ignore the letter from Northern Duke" Alice reasoned.
"They sent a letter without any seal" Ben said.
"What?" Alice replied completely annoyed.
Even though she came to this world just three years ago, she still knows how important it is to put seal when you send letter to another household. They represent the family and their importance. And the fact that they forgot something so important is completely ridiculous.
"Milady, they usually don't send letters to anyone so it can be understood" Ben tried to explain the situation.
"You want me to understand?" Alice asked pointedly.
"Milady, did you see the way eat and the way they walk. They don't even look like nobles but more like wild men who just came out of the cave life. They don't even care about etiquettes and rules, do you think they will think about sealing their letter?" Ben blurted out.
"Ben, are you alright?" Alice asked concerned.
She never saw this perfect butler become frustrated, even when her mother asks him to do all the ridiculous works.
"I am just irritated. They just came this morning, and our silent mansion already turned so noisy. I hate noises. I hate loud people. And I have to serve those bunch of cave men, I hate it. I hope they leave early and never come again" Ben shouted at Alice.
"I understand" Alice said.
It seems she is not the only one annoyed due to their arrival. Everyone around her is the same. Even in her past life, she lived like a princess, in a luxurious house filled with silence. Even the party she attended were filled with people who only whispered among themselves.
The only loud place was press conferences, which she was supposed to attend. She doesn't understand why people are so loud. Even while driving her car, she would encounter people arguing with each other, and she really did not understand why they shout so loud and waste their energy for something that can be solved silently.
She guessed she won't understand them because they live in a completely different world them then them.
Even after getting a new life and a new family, she was still treated like a princess. Except for learning to open up her emotions, she still lived the same. Far from the place where common people struggle to survive.
