" That's the problem. She can't bear to have weakness." Charlie said lowly. But everyone heard him. Aurora stared at him.

" Charlie! It's their family matter. Don't meddle into it." Mr. Zaffino scolded his son. Charlie kept quite.

" Dad, I can manage office projects now. Aurora will handle the group. You know these cowards. They will target the most closed ones first. You should understand her concern." Antonia said.

" I was just messing with her. I have works to handle there too. I can't stay here long. I have just come for you." He said looking at Antonia. Antonia smiled.

" Don't mess with me like this you bad Emperor." Aurora said giving a side eye to her dad. Everyone chuckled hearing that.

" So Aurora and Antonia both handle office projects too? I thought you are the one handling those and they just present it in your absence." Mr. Zaffino said to Antonia.

" Aurora makes those projects and presentations. I just give presentations and attend press conference as she is not revealed yet." Antonia said.

" Angel attends high clients meetings when I'm not around." Mr. Mariano said.

" But she is not graduated yet." Harry said being confused.

" She is actually. She is like those advanced students. She has completed studying business when she was in senior years." Mr. Mariano said.

" Then why do you still go to university Aurora? You can directly handle business." Lucas said.

" I want to directly involve after revealing myself."

" There is another reason too. For me actually." Sofia said chuckling. Antonia and Aurora chuckled too.

" What do you mean?" Leo asked.

" She doesn't want to be alone. She always drags Aurora everywhere she goes. University is not an exception too." Mrs. Martin said.

" She has asked Aurora to accompany her. Aurora goes to make sure Sofia is safe there." Mr. Martin said.

" In previous university some boys used to disturb me. Aurora has beaten them to death. That's why we were expelled." Sofia said laughing.

" And here we thought you are the one guarding her always." Leo said chuckling.

" What do you mean? Why will a girl like her need Sofia's protection?" Mr. Ricci asked.

" Long story... Shortly, Aurora pretends to be a nerd in university to keep her profile low and these bad boys have bullied her." Sofia said mindlessly.

The four boys, Aurora and Antonia choked on their food. The guardians kept staring at the boys.

" What? These boys are the ones who beat you angel?" Mr. Mariano said furrowing.

Aurora sighed. She needs to teach Sofia a good lesson. A lesson about where she needs to be stopped.

" No dad. Sofia has wrongly presented it. They have more likely helped me. They pretended to bully me in front of the bullies so they would stay away from me. They are not the ones you have heard about."

Sofia was about to say something when Antonia hold her hand and whispered, "Fucking shut your mouth and eat."

Sofia got the point and didn't say anything further.

" That's a relief. I got scared that our boys are being mean to girls." Mrs. Bruno said. The heirs kept their head low in shame.

" I would beat all of them if it was true." Mrs. Zaffino said.

The four boys gulped in fear.

They decided to say thanks to Aurora later in their heads. They continued eating and gossiping about different topics.

Everyone was done eating dinner. They were in the terrace of the mansion enjoying the night view all together and gossiping about the childhood of their children.

Charlie still didn't talk to Aurora rather he was ensuring a safe distance from her. He was hurt badly by her words. Every time he tries to make up for everything Aurora hurts her badly like this. He has a past and he doesn't hide that. But there are many things in a persons life except their pasts right?

Why can't Aurora go above of it and look for the good sides of him? Why she always brings out past? This thing was haunting him. He needs to know everything. He was awkwardly quite and everyone noticed that including Aurora. She felt bad for torturing him mentally. She knows the boy is trying his best to change himself just for her. But she can't trust her heart. Moreover she can't afford to have weakness. What if her enemies hurt Charlie for her?

Charlie is right. She is afraid of love. She is afraid of having feelings for someone who will again back stab her or who will fall out of love. She is afraid of those memories which they will make together but she will be the only one to remember. The great mafia heir is afraid of having feelings.

Their friends noticed the gloominess of them. But the didn't say anything in front of their parents.

" Venom?"

Aurora looked at the owner of the voice and found Lucy one of their technician standing with her laptop and phone. " Yes? You want to say something?" Aurora asked.

" I think they are sorting out the location." She said, afraid of getting scolded.

" Speak clearly Lucy. I don't like vagueness in voice or speech." Aurora said strictly.

" The Venus is continuously calling in their phones and like this they will be able to find out the location." Lucy said this time clearly. The leaders and the heirs suddenly felt afraid of the situation.

" You haven't received any calls. They how will they find out?" Antonia asked.

" It's possible. They have needed more time just because it's inside of Mariano mansion. They are trying to collect where the call locations are getting invisible so they can start searching from that area. If this way they will surely find out the heirs are in Mariano mansion." Lucy said.

" Is there any way to divert their target?" Mr. Zaffino asked.

" It's time they need to know who is protecting them. Only that way they will get diverted for sometime." Aurora said.

" You will declare that?" Mr. Mariano asked.

" No. Why will I bother myself when Henry can do that?" Aurora said chuckling.

The phone again started ringing. "Give me that phone." Aurora said. Lucy passed her phone. Aurora received it and put it on speaker.
