PART 14

It was evening, Aurora got ready and came down. Antonia was already waiting for her. "Andrew messaged that they are already in the port. What should get going now.?" saying that Antonia looked up from her phone.

" Yeah...Let's go. I'm ready."

" I always become confused seeing your choice of dress in such missions."

Aurora chuckled, " Don't you think queen should dress up before showing her power to someone." Antonia nodded at the statement.

" You are looking beautiful angel." Mr. Mariano said while coming down.

Aurora looked at him and smiled." Dad, don't wait for us today. We'll be late. Take your medicines and go to sleep. Okay?" Aurora said.

" Okay dear. Be safe. Don't create much trouble for that officer." Aurora and Antonia chuckled at that.

" Can't promise dad" saying that Aurora went outside towards her car.

Antonia looked Mr. Mariano and found him looking at her. She picked up her hands in surrender position and said, " I can't promise too. Don't give me that look. You know her stubbornness more than me." Antonia chuckled seeing the helplessness is his eyes and left the mansion for the mission.

In the port, Andrew was giving instructions about how to get the shipment safely to the base. At that time some police cars stopped in front of them. Andrew chuckled internally thinking that Venom could never go wrong.

" Hey! What are you doing here?" An Officer asked.

" Getting shipment." Andrew replied shortly.

" Do you have permission?"

" We don't need it." Andrew again replied.

" What do you mean you don't need permission? In my area you are trying to rebel with me?" This time a new voice said. Andrew looked at him and thought that it must be that new Officer.

" Your area? Do you even know which group I belong to?" Andrew asked.

" I don't need to know that. From your appearance I can tell you are from those cheap mafia groups."

Aurora was listening to him through walkie-talkie. She and Antonia chuckled hearing that. Even all of her man started laughing at that. Andrew sent the signal and Aurora, Antonia came down from car and started walking towards the area.

" How dare you to laugh at my words? You are doing illegal business in my area. I can arrest you now you know that?"

" Well I doubt you can do that Mr. Officer." Aurora said while coming towards that man. That man furrowed his brows.

" Who are you? Why are you meddling in this?"

" Who am I? Well actually I'm the one who owns this port if you don't know officer." Aurora said.

" Are you kidding me lady? This is government property. Who the hell are you?" He shouted.

Antonia got out her gun and pointed towards the officer and sternly said, " Don't talk to our leader like that. Or else you won't have the voice to shout next time." Seeing Antonia the other officers pointed their guns back at Aurora and her group and her group did that too.

" Leader? Is she a leader from some girl group or something? Do you think a gun will make me afraid of her? I have been trained for this miss." He said chuckling. Aurora chuckled too. That man became confused.

" Boys put your guns down." Aurora said sternly. All her men put down their guns. But the officers didn't do so. Aurora looked at that man, "Well I guess you are underestimating girls officer. I don't let go those who insult me. But you can be an exception as I'll need you soon." saying that Aurora winked at him.

" You are letting me go? Who are you to even say that?" that man again shouted.

This time Aurora couldn't control herself. She grabbed that man by his neck and he got choked at her tight grip. The other officers got shocked.

" Listen officer. No one I repeat no one dares to speak to me in that tone. So better control your tone next time you talk to me."

Some officers were coming to help the new officer but Antonia went forward pointing her gun, "Come forward on more step, I'll not leave your legs for walking next morning."

"L-leave m-me." that man said after lot of struggle.

Aurora laughed loudly, " Why? Having struggle being choked by a girl like me?" Aurora asked putting more pressure on his neck. " Oh well. You know I'm not a person who shows off her power. But bustards like you make me do many things that I don't want to. So let me introduce myself. I'm Venom."

Hearing that name all the other officers put their gun down and sat on a surrendering position. That man was already red due to the lack of Oxygen. Aurora left him. He started to cough badly.

" You are maybe confused, right?" Aurora smiled but that was the most creepy smile that man had ever seen. He just nodded in fear. Aurora chuckled seeing his fear. " Fear me just like that. So let me give you a proper introduction. I'm the future queen of UNDOCILE."

Hearing the groups name all men and Antonia bowed down to Aurora. Aurora looked at them then at that officer. " See? You can ask your commissioner if you want. Oh! What did you call my group? Cheap mafias? Well these cheap mafias can buy your whole government. This place you are claiming as yours is actually a gift from me to your government so that they can use this port for the country purpose. Understand now, Mr. officer?"

" Y-yeah."

" Good. Today I'm letting you go but if you or any of your old or new officer try to meddle in my business I'll kill every single one of you with my own hands." Aurora said in a lower voice which caused that man to shiver.

" Andrew!"

" Yes, Venom." Andrew replied still in the bowing position.

" Take the shipment to the base." saying that Aurora went to her car and Antonia followed her.

" Do you want something to eat?" Antonia asked Aurora as soon as they entered the mansion.

" No. I want to get a shower. You can have dinner." saying that Aurora went towards her room not waiting for any reply. Antonia sighed. Mr. Mariano saw everything from upstairs.

As soon as Aurora went to her room, he came down. " She does this often right?" He asked. Antonia just nodded. " Well, get freshed and have your dinner. I'll take hers to her room."

" Okay. I'll prepare her plate too."

Aurora took a shower and went to her balcony. It was her daily routine. Tomorrow she will go to university. She had to keep her calm. She couldn't mess up things there. She doesn't have any problem but she just doesn't want any attention and to cause chaos.

Aurora heard a knock on her door. She opened the door and found her father standing there with a plate of food. " You did not sleep yet, dad?"

" How can I sleep knowing my angel won't eat anything after coming back?" saying that he came inside and sat on her bed. Aurora did the same.

" I'm not hungry dad."

" But you have to eat a little at least. I'll feed you." saying that he started to feed Aurora.

" Angel, I'm sorry."

" Why dad?"

" For being absent in you life most of the time."

Aurora chuckled sadly, " I'm accustomed to it now dad. "

" I'm failure as a father, right?"

" No, dad. You are great as a parent. You are my hero. Don't call yourself a failure."

" Are you angry at me?"

" No dad. I'm upset at your absence."

" I'll try to stay here from now."

" Don't promise something you can't keep dad." Mr. Mariano sighed. Aurora was done eating.

" You are actually a copy of your mother."

" Yeah. I know that. Am I ruthless like her or you?"

Mr. Mariano chuckled. " I guess both. It's in your blood angel. That's why maybe you are more dangerous and outrageous than both of us. But you have also acquired her skills. I myself get amused sometimes."

Aurora chuckled, " Your love story is quite unique dad. How did you manage to impress her?"

" It's a great story too angel. She was in the mafia from a long time but I was a newbie. She had helped me greatly though our group was more powerful."

" How can two mafia fall in love I'm still confused dad. They always try to destroy one another." She said sadly.

" Well history repeats itself angel. You will get to know if you find a mafia who not only craves for power but also love like me."

" I don't think it'll happen with me dad. I can't trust any mafia with my heart which almost stopped due to betrayal."

" We can't say what will happen in the future dear. Well you should rest. I'm going."

" Yeah. You should sleep now. Good night."

" Good night." saying that her father went out of her room.

Aurora lied down on her bed thinking her fathers words. Her father and mother were unique. They were perfect match for each other. They trusted each other. She couldn't believe at first when she came to know that her mothers family was in the mafia too and her mom was the queen of it. She had heard many stories from nana, her dad and Sofias parents.

But will history repeats itself this time too? But her heart had stopped feeling anything since that betrayal. Is there anyone who will soothe her pain and love her? Aurora shook her head. She would not allow anyone in her life. Not anymore!
