The wedding
It was Captain Storm’s big day.
“How do I look?” Aamali asked. He was extremely nervous today. Both Xara and him were having their big day in Seven. Xara left her martial arts instructor job, officially joined the Velvet Navy, and moved in to Aamali’s penthouse.
“You look more than fine. Just stay calm, and don’t trip or fall or go clumsy. Pay extra attention okay?” Judah helped Aamali to adjust his bow tie.
“Yes, pay attention. Don’t trip, don’t fall, don’t go clumsy,” he murmured and flexed his arms. Aamali had his suit on with purple bow tie, and all his best men were wearing purple ties.
“Mom told me to remind you to remember to smile. Because your face goes serious every time you get nervous. She said you look more like a thug than a commander,” Aatimi, Aamali’s brother said. “Come on, show me the smile. But don’t show too much of your teeth. Don’t go scaring people like that.”
