Sinful Abyss - 1
In a Dark Forgotten Place.
A stone coffin creaked ominously as its lid was slowly pushed to the side as a withered Creature rose out of it. The Creature was vaguely humanoid but the skin was parched and waxy like paper with popping veins slowly pulsing and wriggling around a cavity in the Creature's chest. The cavity was black and seemingly without end despite no signs of it existence appearing on the Creatures back. As the Creature looked around it found that the coffin it had risen from was at the foot of a mountain of such coffins towering endlessly above it after looking around the creature stepped out of the coffin and on to the smooth black ground that stretched endlessly in all directions.
As the Creature stepped forward a small quantity of energy silently rippled out from where the Creature had stepped, and as it passed over the ground wisps of black matter flowed out of the ground condensing in to Beings. Beings with a shapeless bodies and a wispy orbs for heads. With two white pinpricks of light that followed the creature before slowly drifted into two lines creating a corridor for the Creature to walk through. Upon seeing this strange scene the creature paused momentarily before resuming it's shuffle forward.
After walking down this odd hallway for thousands of steps part of the creatures flesh fell off causing the creature to falter for a few seconds before resuming its eternal shuffle onward down the endless hallway.
When the creatures legs broke down it pulled it's self forward with it's arms.
When the creatures arms crumbled in to dust it used its head to drag it's body forward.
As the creatures head crumbled a black orb like the Beings making the corridor was left in its place and the Creature was filled with a strange thought to pull out the thing in its chest and join the Beings in the corridor walls, but a small spark of something made it turn back to the direction it had been dragging its self and used all it remaining strength to move another inch forward and in that moment all the Beings that made up the corridor dispersed and the Creature's body restored its self to what it had been when it had exited the coffin along with a strange structure appearing in front of the creature. It was a massive tablet with a giant pair of ravens carved on top bowing to a person in long dark flowing robes with a silver mask and a rapier strapped to their belt. Beside the tablet were a small chisel and and hammer both made of a smooth black material wrapped with silver vines and runes slowly pulsing in the dark.
When the Creature reached the tablet the hammer and chisel gently floated up and began carving into the tablet.

After the chisel and hammer finished the floated down until they hovered in front of the Creature who reached out to grab them. When the creature touched them they flew up and carved a new sin into the tablet beneath the last line

After the chisel and hammer finished a woman's voice rang out through the darkness.
"After all this time a nameless... I suppose theses are indeed interesting times. Very well I shall bestow a name upon you, Ira"
As the voice faded into the depths of the dark void the hammer and chisel rose once more and before the sin of "Human" on the tablet they carved the creatures new name "Ira" into the tablet where it would stay for all eternity.
