Jules has o problems. Ever since she woke up in the forest on her Prom night, she has sleepwalked and woken up in the middle of the same forest with a knife in her hand and no recollection of what occurred the night before. Her second problem is the intense desire she has for Rowan Cross. Rowan Cross has o problems. His Halo Master, Tristan wants him to investigate the disappearance of supernatural students who have gone missing on their college campus, and he wants Jules with every fiber of his being. Chapter 27: Reunions

I look at my mother, who gives me a big smile and pulls me into her arms, then I turn to Rowan and kiss him.

“God, Jules, I’m so glad you’re okay. You don’t know how freaked out I was when I found out your dad took you.” He mutters against my lips.

Smiling, I point to my mom. “I found my mom.”

Rowan smiles at my mom, who, in turn, gives him the once over and nudges my elbow with an approving smile.

Once everyone sees that the coast is clear, they rise from the ground and start dusting off their clothes. I watch happily as Galena tearfully throws herself into her mate's arms, then turns to Mikhail and kisses his cheeks like a little boy. “Oh my god, you’re so handsome.” She looks at Samael as she continues to hold Mikhail's face between the palm of her hands. “He looks so much like you.”
