Chapter 94: Raven Disappears
“He’s getting away!” Steven yelled as he ran past Tyler and Lucinda who were standing bewildered in the moonlit kitchen.
Steven raced out of the kitchen and out into the courtyard. He stood still, trying to spot Raven.
He sighed in relief when he saw him a distance away, standing and looking back at him.
“Why are you trying to run away? You can’t escape even if you get away now!” Steven exclaimed with his hand on his chin while he looked at Raven.
“Just tell me once. Are you my brother?” Raven yelled.
“Does that even matter now and how am I supposed to know?” Steven asked.
“So, you don’t know? Then why did you rock up here?” Raven asked.
Just then Tyler came running out of the kitchen, heading straight towards Raven.
“Catch him!” Gwyneth called from behind Steven.
At this point Raven took one more look at Steven and ran off again.
Steven and Tyler followed him until they reached the end of the paved courtyard.
