Chapter 74: Inside Salicia's Mansion
Raven drove into Salicia’s home driveway with mixed feelings.
“What if she doesn’t know what she’s talking about? What if her plan fails and I get punished?” he asked himself.
He sat in the car for a few minutes before going in.
“She’s already got me dependent on blood when I wasn’t ready for it. What if she springs something onto me again? What if she’s only trying to help herself get into the palace as usual?” he continued, very suspicious at this point.
“I better keep a close watch on her and tell someone that I’m here before I go in. Now, who will that be?” he wondered.
“Lucinda! Let me inform Lucinda and she can tell someone if I’m here for too long,” he decided before dialling Lucinda’s number.
“Hi there,” Lucinda responded.
“To what do I owe this favor? Do you need me to dance again,” Lucinda asked when she answered her phone.
