“You might be right,” Raven responded with his eyes narrowed in concentration as he scratched his head in confusion.
“Look at it this way,” Jules remarked suddenly as he turned away from the painting. “What can go wrong simply because he arrived with that girl or looks a little bit like you? Maybe she’s with him because he reminds her of you?” he asked with an amused grin.
“It’s way more serious than you can think and this might have far-reaching consequences,” Raven said as he peeped down the hallway quickly.
“But still, treat it as part of the amusement. He can’t kill you, can he?” Jules asked with a broad smile. “Well, can he?” he asked again with concern now filling his eyes as he looked at Raven who was looking even more stressed.
