Chapter 49: Hoping to First Meet Crescia and Salicia
“You’re calling him my twin already?” Raven asked with a nervous look in his eyes.
“You can’t be that similar looking and be total strangers. But if anyone wants to interview you as his brother or double they should come through me first,” Gwyneth warned with a bright smile.
“Even vampires?” Steven asked.
“Whoever they are, I have to check them out with my sixth sense,” Gwyneth replied.
“You’re joking right?” Steven asked.
“About checking them out before they meet you? Not at all. I’m deadly serious,” Gwyneth said with an eager look in her eyes even though she was smiling.
“I mean the sixth sense. Since when do you have it?” Steven asked without removing his eyes from Gwyneth’s face.
“Are you serious or just desperate for any bit of hope?” Gwyneth asked with her eyebrows raised in amusement. “I would have accomplished so much if I had something like that,” she added and returned her gaze to Crescia.
