Chapter 41: Salicia Invades Raven's Suite
Raven marched down the palace hallway with a light step. He was close to whistling, but that was totally forbidden in the palace.
“What a nice surprise and maybe a date for a dance,” he sang to himself. I almost got her number but I can find her address really easily!” he continued as he entered his suite, tapping his shoes in a dance.
“Good heavens! What are you doing here?” he exclaimed the next moment.
Salicia and Richard were sitting in Raven’s lounge, listening to music. He wondered how he did not hear the music before he opened the door.
“Probably because there was so much music in my head,” he reasoned to himself.
“Uhm, brother,” Richard began. “Salicia here said that she had something to say to you in the privacy of your own suite. I could not allow her but she insisted, so I had to join her here while she waits for you,” he explained with a teasing grin on his face.
