Chapter 100: Plans Excluding Raven
“Raven won’t be able to harm me because the palace is not gonna make it easy for him,” Steven replied.
“He would be too ashamed if he survived. And he would probably be crippled by that great fall. The two of you would have to get along, though,” Gwyneth remarked with a challenging look at Steven.
“Do you think we can get along? Myself and a vampire?” Steven asked with his eyebrows raised curiously.
“What! A vampire! In real life? Is that even possible?” Elsie exclaimed.
“It’s only a rumor,” Gwyneth responded.
“A dangerous sounding rumor. Make doubly sure before you decide to take on that offer of being a crown prince there,” Elsie advised.
“I’m gonna accompany him there no matter what though,” Gwyneth remarked with a smile.
“Maybe that’s better. And you will look good in royal ball gowns,” Elsie remarked.
“You still have to celebrate your birthday,” Gwyneth commented with a serious glance at Steven’s face.
