Vampire CEO's Only Obsession

[Mature Content] As the woman with flowing brown hair stood in the middle of the road, her eyes fixed on the approaching car, a sense of desperation and fear washed over her. She knew she couldn't continue living a life filled with suffering and pain. In that fleeting moment, escaping this brutal world through death seemed like the only way to find peace. But just as the car drew nearer, something or someone swooped in like a bolt of lightning and swept her away from harm's way with incredible speed. The next thing she knew, she found herself safely on the sidewalk, unharmed but with tears streaming down her face. Collapsing to the ground, Andrea cried out in frustration, her voice reaching the heavens. "Why does the world inflict so much suffering upon me? Why won't it let me find peace in death?" Her words were drowned out by the raindrops falling from the sky, as if nature itself was mocking her pain. But then, a cold and stern voice broke through the chaos. It was Logan, standing above her, looking down with a mix of concern and authority. "Because that life isn't yours to take," Logan said firmly. "As long as my heir resides within you, your life is no longer solely your own. It belongs to our child and to all the vampires who answer to me, Andrea." He continued, "I have the ultimate say in whether you live or die because, through our connection, every breath you take belongs to me." Bewildered by the sudden revelation, Andrea couldn't comprehend how one fateful night had turned her life upside down. Now, she was bound to a man whose haunted past clung to his heart, and yet, he yearned for her with an intensity she couldn't ignore. Not only did she carry his child, but her very existence provided the sustenance that quelled his vampire thirst. It was a situation beyond ordinary comprehension. Now, Andrea faced the daunting challenge of navigating a world where she became the target of countless predators, all while carrying a sacred child who had the power to either save or destroy the vampire realm. But as the Vampire CEO's Only Obsession, she knew his protective embrace would always be there to shield her from harm.

The Ball 2

It was around nine and Andrea woke up feeling famished.

The pregnancy was already taking a toll on her appetite lately.

She stood up and made her way to the Kitchen. Logan wasn't back from work yet, and she guessed that he would come quite late.

After all, they both had a bit of a quarrel.

As she got out, she heard some noise coming from the balcony at the side of the corridor and with that, she curiously made her way towards where the noise was coming from.

And to her surprise, she found Eve on the phone as she rested slightly on the balcony railings.

Upon seeing, Andrea Eve was a little surprised as she then cut the call.

"You're calling so late? Is everything alright?" Andrea asked as she folded her hands slightly.

"Yeah, everything is alright… just some work stuff," Eve replied as Andrea nodded.

"Okay then, goodnight!" Saying that, Andrea turned around to leave, but Eve's next words stopped her in her footsteps.

"You are really a strange person, Andrea," Eve began.

"Huh?"

"I'm not trying to insult you, I'm just stating the obvious. Why do you seem cool with me here, in your house?"

She asked as Andrea tilted her head like she didn't understand what she meant at all.

"What do you mean? Of course, I'll be cool, do I have a reason not to be?" She asked, folding her hands together.

"Well, of course you don't, but I never expected you to look this unbothered about another woman in your home who your new mother-in-law brought in to be your husband's wife," she said as Andrea laughed out slightly.

"Yes, yes, you are right. But you see, this marriage isn't what you could call a lovey-dovey marriage. Yes, we are legally married, and I am pregnant, but apart from that… We aren't in love," Andrea said as she could see the slight surprise in Eve's face.

"But I also find it strange that you seem quite cool about all this!" Andrea then said, walking slowly towards Eve.

"In what way?"

"I'm every way Eve darling, you don't seem to hate me or throw evil glances at me, after all I did take away the man you were meant to marry!"

She said as a smirk appeared on Eve's lip, and that was what Andrea had been wanting to see All day.

She knew well that no one can cover themselves with make-up all day, it's finally time for her to reveal her real side. Whether good or bad.

"I have no reason to hate you Andrea because just like you have no feelings for Logan, so do I," she said as she then turned around and left, leaving Andrea with a devious smile.

'I don't know if it's a curse, but poor Logan seems to have bad luck with women'

She thought as she then happily went to the kitchen.

As she got there, she then turned on the lights and began to penetrate around the Cupboards to see what ingredients they had.

"I believe I will make noodles," she said to herself.

"I want noodles," she heard a cute say from behind her, and upon turning around, she was quite shocked to see Bella.

And beside her was Belle, who's always annoyed with a weirdly intimidating death stare.

A/N : She must have gotten it from her father, eek.

"Huh? What are you two little bunnies doing here, shouldn't you be sleeping?" Andrea asked, like she didn't already know why they were here.

"You know well that we are hungry and can't sleep, will you give us food or what?"

Belle questioned as Andrea laughed, "Sure, sure. Have your seat!"

And with that, she turned back to what she was doing and did her magic.

For some reason, she cooked too much, sigh! How was she going to eat this?

Well, to her surprise, just then Logan walked in, his suite was a little wet since it rained a little tonight.

And upon seeing their papa, the girls ran towards him, and he squeezed them lovingly, but Andrea just chose to ignore him.

A/N : Pregnant women's hormones, pfft, haha!

"Papa, are you hungry… New mommy is making noodles, doesn't it smell nice?" Bella asked her papa with glowing eyes as Logan patted her head.

"What did I tell you two about disturbing Andre, if you're hungry, tell Aunt Amelia to make food for you, don't disturb 'someone else'" Logan said

A/N : 'Someone else?' that sounded a bit harsh, she's your WIFE!!

"Well, I accidentally cooked too much tonight, so it would make no difference, they could have a bowl or two!" Andrea said as she dished their noodles and took her seat to slurp on hers.

And hearing her words, Logan just nodded as he went upstairs.

15 minutes passed and he didn't come back.

Looking at her sister, Bella said, "Bell, papa isn't back yet for food, I sure he must be hungry!"

"Of course he is, and you can ask your new mommy why papa isn't eating!" Belle said, giving Andrea a death glare.

A/N : Ah, that brat!!

But Andrea's seemed quite unbothered.

"If you two are done eating, drop your bowls and go to bed!"

She instructed, and they did just that before then leaving. With them gone, Andre then sighed as she looked at the remaining noodles in the pot.

She couldn't waste it.

***

Walking out of his study was Logan as he went towards the balcony to answer a private call.

"What!? What do you mean five vampires were kidnapped?" He asked angrily.

As the other person in the line replied, "We just got the info now sir but if our suspicions and clues are correct, then it might have something to do with the 'Cliffwood' sir!"

"Cliffwood?" Logan asked, his blood boiling as he clenched his fist tightly.

He has had absolutely enough nonsense from that family, they have literally made it their life goal to torture him and his family, but now they have stooped so low to try to hurt his clan.

They are not going to get away with this.

"I want to have a meeting with Henry Cliffwood, set a date!" He said, as he then cut the call and placed his hands on his forehead.

A/N : *Author is a little curious, what could be their history*

Sighing, he then made his way back to his study, but as he got in, he was welcomed with the fresh scent of roses that filled.

And that was a familiar scent he had gotten used to these few days.

Turning his head to the couch beside his desk, he was a little surprised to see Andrea.

Seated beautifully, she was where in a red robe and her hair was Nicely parked in a messy bun.

She also had a book which she was reading in her hands, he guessed that it must be the manual he had given her yesterday.

After all, tomorrow is the ball, so she had to be ready.

But that wasn't the only thing he was surprised to see.

As he walked closer towards his desk, he was a little taken aback to see a white bowl covered slightly and on top we have a fork and upon opening it, Logan was welcomed with the favorable smell of noddles that captured his appetite.

He immediately took his seat and took a bite out of it, and Andrea's eyes didn't leave him for a second.

'Pffts, he was hungry after all… Looks like my husband isn't that stubborn.'
