After three years of marriage, Wendy Stewart was used to Michael Lucas's sarcastic remarks, his frequent threats about getting divorced, and even his indulgence of a mistress. She thought that she could bear with this her entire life, until she accidentally got pregnant with a child that Michael did not want. Finally despondent, Wendy signed the divorce agreement and left. She thought they could have parted ways forever, but Michael refused to stop looking for her after the divorce. When they met again, she was the world's top designer. Smiling sweetly at her ex-husband, she said, "My dear, we're already divorced." Michael simply stared at her coldly, "Tell me, what will it take for us to reconcile?"
"Who knows if it's really personally handwritten." Jake spoke with a cold tone. He lowered his head and looked at the notebook in his hand. After a moment, he returned the notebook to Wendy.
"I can recognize your daddy's handwriting," Wendy said with a sigh. "This is indeed handwritten by him."
Jake also knew Michael's handwriting. However, Jake was still hateful towards him. His feelings made it impossible to rationally understand the situation.
If they were in the past when their family of four was happy and prosperous, Jake would have felt that this was the best present. But it was a shame that was not the case.
"So what if it was." Jake lifted his head and looked at Wendy doubtfully. He asked, "Mommy, could you have forgiven him? You know even better than me what he has done. Mommy, you're a person who doesn't tolerate betrayal. How could you tolerate him betraying you twice?"
